Supply, installation and testing of storage type heater (Geyser) of 25 Litres Capacity, vertical type to sustain high pressure upto 8 bars with fixing bolts / fastener, necessary PCC/cement work and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface giving electric and water connection and testing after installation to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete with following specifications : - (a) 5 Star rated (Vertical type) Necessary BEE cerificate from OEM shall be produced by the contractor at the time of sample approval. (b) Metal Body, (c) Glass line coated tank (Ferro-glass technology) / Polymer coated. (d) Incoloy glass coated heating element. (e) Adjustable thermostat. (f) Temperature indicator dial/digital type. (g) Multiple Heating Option. (h) Multiple Functional Safety Valve. (j) Thermal Cutout Capillary Type. NOTE : - Warranty certificate to be produced by the contractor from OEM for the following components before processing the bill. (a) For product - 02 Years (b) For metal tank 07 years.

Supply and fixing for 15mm dia galvanised iron tubing, ISI Marked, `medium grade with and including all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, union etc passing through walls for water connection to geyser including necassary cutting/chasing/pinning in wall and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing whereever required, including taking down of old tubing as existing at site and removal, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for 20mm dia galvanised iron tubing, ISI Marked, `medium grade with and including all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, union etc passing through walls for water connection to geyser including necassary cutting/chasing/pinning in wall and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing whereever required, including taking down of old tubing as existing at site and removal, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of temperature resistent SS braided pipe suitable to sustaine pressure up to 8 bar not less than 60 Cm long suitable for incoming / out going water connections of Geyser with washer etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair of CP bib tap screwed down high pressure, long body, cast copper alloy, chromium plated` with crutch or butterfly handles screwed down suitable for 15mm bore pipe or union, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Weight of bib tap shall not be less than 0.575 Kg)

Supply and fixing in repair of stop valves, 15mm bore dia, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling/taking down carefully aluminium/ copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators , sockets, light fittings etc., removing materials to stores for keeping in safe custody for taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surfaces with matching OBD/White wash/Distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for concealed point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with 4.0 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, unsheathed cable FRLSH, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including medium grade, ISI marked, PVC conduit not less than 25 mm dia with FRLSH accessories, concealed and including provision of 4.0 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, unsheathed cable FRLSH 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes made out of not less than 1.2 mm thick mild steel sheet metal conforming to IS-5139(pt-I) of 1969 and IS:14772-2000 with earth dolly and coated with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally including provision of new 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover extended up to 25 mm over sunken box for housing the switches , socket outlets, fan regulators etc. with brass screws and brass washers and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing for one light/fan point/bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed. NOTES : - (i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases by chase cutter in wall/pillars/columns etc. of any description for concealing the conduits to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. The portion of point wiring at ceiling shall be in surface conduit of suitable size fixed on ceiling surface with using necessary accessories/fittings. (ii) Point wiring & earth wire shall be connected to each & every flush/sunken box. (iii) All screws, fasteners, bolts, nuts & washer shall be cadmium plated & the cost of which is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.

Supply and fixing in repair of sheet metal enclosure SP with two pin and earth plug and socket inclduing metal clad top with one single pole MCB 20 Amp, 'B' Curve, 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of MCB single pole, 240 volts, 50Hz , breaking capacity 10KA, 'B' curve 6 to 32 Amps, including connection with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting and screwing existing steel tubing in position without taking down for alterations or additions or lengthening screw on pipe to connector for 20mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for boring holes through glazed tile lining for pipes, etc n exc 50mm dia and making good disturbed surface including necessary PCC work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of heavy duty, plastic body exhaust fan, AC singal phase, 240 volts of size 250 mm sweep with louvers connecting up including provision of fixing clamp, nut bolts and cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan,including taking down old unserviceable pastic body exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.
