Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Air Source type heat pump to Heat Swimming (size 25X8X1.2 Meter) to give warm Water to a reasonable temperature (and as per norms at 25 Degree C to 30 Degree C) of following nominal capacity of 52 KW/hr having with input power of 9.8 KW/hr Controller and Thermostat so that required qty. of hot water is generated at required temperature with nominal variation, including necessary electrical panel with automatic Controls including inlet and outlet connections and suitable for outdoor installation (capacity may vary as per design & specifications). Scroll type air source water heating machine. Suitable Nos & suitable capacity motor for operation on 415 volts +10%, 50 Hz, A.C. supply. The Heat Pump shall have LCD display Control Panel with built in diagnostic and troubleshooting information and an inbuilt cycle for defrosting in case icing occurs on evaporator including all other mounting, fitting and controls, all interconnecting wiring/cabling between heat pump and electric panel etc. complete in all respect, Uniquely Designed Fan which ensures super quite operation, High-efficiency scroll compressor, Heating or Cooling the pool inversible by four way valve with Self Diagnostic PLC Based Control, Digital Temperature Read out, Fully Automatic Defrost With High/ Low Pressure Safety switches which protects Heat Pump Against damage, Latest technology with easy to used LCD Display Controller, proven high Quality External GI sheet with Powder coating finish to ensure case is protected against weathering Mounted on Anti Vibration kit, Refrigerant R417A/R410A , Outdoor DB/WB temperature 5 Deg C/ 6 Deg C ,initial water tank temperature 5 Deg C & final temperature 35 Deg C, Minimum COP 5.3. The equipment shall be capable of operation from -10 Deg C temperatures, as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Circulation pumps for circulating water between Swimming Pool to Heat Pump complete with motor, base frame, vibration isolators and other accessories (except suction and discharge shut off discharge). Pumps shall have mechanical seal. The pump motor shall be suitable for 415 Volts ± 10%, 50 cycles, 3 phase power supply. Pumps shall be complete as per specifications and shall have operating parameters as - Make- Grundfos, E Power (EPH400), Leo Impeller-AISI 304, Pump Body-CI/AISI 304 Protection Class: IP44.Water flow rate:40,000-50,000LPH, Head: 20mtr. Motor HP:3HP as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing of Y-Strainer 65 mm (S.S.) with flange as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing of UPVC Ball Valve 65 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing of UPVC Ball Valve 110 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing of Temperature Gauge 0- 120 Deg C- 4 Inch Dia. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing of Pressure Gauge 0 -10 Kg Dial Type -4 Inch Dia as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing of NRV 65 mm Brass as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supply & Installation of cross laminated floating type isothermal covers (15*8 Mtr) for covering/uncovering of swimming pool of size 25*8 Meter with necessary S.S reels for Rolling/Rerolling of covers by manual means from both sides as required as per entire satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

SITC of Electrical Control Panel Powder Coated with necessary Indicators and 200 A 4P MCCB as incomer and 3 No. 63A 4P MCCB and 3 No. 40A 4P MCCB as outgoings, Control Fuse for Heat pump units etc, as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of 3.5 Core x 95 Sq. mm of 1.1 KV aluminium conductor XLPE Insulated, PVC inner-sheathed amoured, Extruded PVC Type ST2 Outer Sheathed, 650 V/1100 V Grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988 with up to date Amendments as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 65 mm dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 110 mm dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and Copper lugs for 4 X 16 sq. mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying of 4 Core x 16 Sq. mm of 1.1 KV Copper conductor XLPE Insulated, PVC extruded inner-sheathed unarmoured, Extruded PVC Type ST2 Outer Sheathed, 650 V/1100 V Grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988 with upto Date Amendments.) with latest amendments as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and installing 300 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of up to 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1 mm thick saddle) on cable Tray as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 35 sq. mm up to 95 sq mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp) on cable Tray as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for 3.5 X 95 sq. mm (45 mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 200 A,36KA, FP MCCB rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
