Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with initial lift of 3 mts and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 MORD, RBR-EECD-5(a)

Conveyance of excavated earth to a lead of 2 Kilometres beyond the initial lead including all labour chrages and othere incidental charges as per SS and as directed by the departmental engineer in charge of the work.

Supply & Placing PCC 1:4:8 mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) using 40mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete for finished item of work and as directed by the engineer-in-charge of the work RBR-FNDN-4-V

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD, RBR-CCPV-5-v

Collection ,supply and spreading of good red gravel from approved query and filling the same on the proposed carriage way and compaction with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller to achieve to desire density complete as per standard technical specifications Clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH ( Page No. 488) RBR FN-DN-2 (Amend BLD-CSTN-2-8)
