Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied 3.84 kg/10 sqm) coat with cement primer in all leads and lifts.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90 Itr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture in all leads and lifts.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of grith upto 30 cm. measured at a height of 1 metre above ground and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 20 metres outside the periphery of the area cleared: Upto 30 cm Girth:

Removal of slips in all kinds of soil (including saturated soil but excluding boulders and rocky portions requiring blasting upto a distance 20 meters disposing of un-serviciable materials, stacking the serviciable materials and neatly dressing the surface.

Hiring of Hydraulic Excavator cum loader for cutting in earth work, removal of slips, cleaning of drains and catch pit / dressing of berm in all kinds of soil and trimming of side slopes and disposing of earth upto any lead from various sites of work with in all leads and lifts and to entir satisfaction of Engineer -in-Charge. Any loss to the public / private property or any accident etcetera happened during the course of hiring period shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor. The repair and spares including watch and ward of machines shall also be borne by the contractor / owner. The daily log book will be maintained at site which should be duly verified by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Hiring of Tipper 5.50 cum / 10 tonne capacity (five point five cubic metre / ten tonne capacity) for carriage of earth / debries, boulder and other construction materials from various location etc. complete including wages of tipper driver, cleaner and P.O.L. any repair / damage during work will be absolute responsibility of the contractor / owner. Tipper has to work whole day. Only actual working hour will be accounted for the payment. No payment will be made for sunday and holidays as well as certain day if ther is no work to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
