Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Earth work excavation in all classes of soil except hard rock requiring blasting for foundation trenches, drains, column footings, equipment foundations etc. not exceeding 1.5m in width and 10sq.m on plan.including filling in basement by depositing on bank in layers with initial lead upto 50M and lift upto 1.5M, breaking clods, watering, ramming and / or filling in banks and sectioning of spoil earth etc.complete .

Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning the surface etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Chipping and removing portions of existing RCC work carefully without damaging the remaining structure and removing the debris at places pointed out within a distance of 150M.

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work to RCC / CC works with necessary wooden planks, joists, runners, struts, posts etc. including removal after completion/ curing for foundation footings, machine equipment foundations and pedastals over foundation footings, sides of trench walls, plinth beams and rafts, pile caps and mass concrete works etc.at all levels in township Area.

RCC or CC work 1:2:4 mix, using 20mm nominal size broken stone excluding cost of form work and reinforcement .

Solid concrete block masonry in cement mortar 1:5 using good quality cement concrete blocks approved by the Engineer in charge for superstructure in ground floor/upto 5m height from plinth level/floor level.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge - With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick, one coat floated hard and trowelled smooth at all levels.

Supplying and fixing PVC pipes conforming to IS 4985-2000 class II - 4kg/cm2 for soil waste and rain water lines with all required specials such as plain bends, single junctions,elbows, crosses, unions, shoes, door bends, double junctions, vent cowls etc. with or without door including cutting masonry or concrete floors , sunshades etc wherever necessary and jointing pipes with approved quality resin cement and fixing pipes with MS fixing clamps screwed on to wooden plugs embedded in masonry wherever required and painting the clamps with two coats of enamel paint over one coat primer etc. complete - 110mm or nearest OD .

Supplying and fixing PVC pipes conforming to IS 4985-2000 class II - 4kg/cm2 for soil waste and rain water lines with all required specials such as plain bends, single junctions,elbows, crosses, unions, shoes, door bends, double junctions, vent cowls etc. with or without door including cutting masonry or concrete floors , sunshades etc wherever necessary and jointing pipes with approved quality resin cement and fixing pipes with MS fixing clamps screwed on to wooden plugs embedded in masonry wherever required and painting the clamps with two coats of enamel paint over one coat primer etc. complete -63mm or nearest OD .

Supplying ,threading /laying and jointing PVC pipes conforming to IS 4985-1981 class IV(6kg/cm2) for internal water lines with all required pvc specials such as tees,bends, elbows, unions,reducers, etc.with clamps including cutting and making good the walls etc. complete - 50mm or nearest OD

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride SDR 11 pipes of Astral or equivalent, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC fittings, fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing, joining pipes & fittings with CPVC solvent cement, the cost of concealed work for cutting chases and making good the same, making good the walls, testing of joints etc complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge- 20mm dia

Supplying and fixing 110mm PVC floor trap of prime or equivalent 100mm SW gully trap for soil waste lines etc. including fixing with gratings.

Providing and laying Double charge Vitrified tiles polished finish in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints of Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic Antiskid floor tiles (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer),of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm excluding pointing the joints etc., complete.

Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Cleaning and applying priming coats with water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre on all surface.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade,having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.One coat

Rendering skilled labour inclusive of all charges of labour and hire for tools required for executing skilled work at all levels with materials supplied from Company in connection with civil works as per the direction from the Engineer-in-charge in all shifts including Sundays and Holidays.

Rendering male coolie inclusive of all charges of labour and hire for tools required for cleaning drains, collecting and dumping unwanted materials in low lying areas as directed and transporting bricks, cement etc. from stores, lifting to various heights, mixing mortars and castables, providing scaffolding or any other works as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge in all shifts including Sundays and Holidays.
