M&L dismantling electrical connections, taking down existing cooling tower motor from cooling tower of the following capacity and carrying out the repairs by filling metal on the worn out portion of shaft, machining to the standard size of hub, removing the bend, checking the balancing and including replacement of cooling tower hub and fan complete all as specified and directed :-

Taking down the defective water sprinkler assembly consisting of water distribution pipe set of 4 Nos, sprinkler unit, balancing tie rod set etc, and including S&F new sprinkler unit made out of die cast aluminium - 1 No, water distribution pipe of HDPE 4 Nos, necessary dripping holes end dummy and 4 Nos tie rod with necessary clamps for the following capacities of FRP cooling tower of induced draught type complete all as specified and directed :-

Over hauling, servicing of cooling tower FRP type, removal of complete scales, dirt etc, by using chemicals, cleaning the sump louvers PVC fills, fan assembly, renewal of spray nozzle with connected pipe, renewals of nuts, bolt, leak arresting of the FRP tank, replacing PVC fills and including complete painting of the cooling tower, shaft bush and carrying out repair to cooling tower by taking down the choked PVC fills, segments, rusted strctural supports, bolts & nuts, repair to PVC segments cold water sumps, broken nozzles, cleaning of the cooling tower fan assembly, overhaling of fan motor, sprinkler system, replacement of defective parts such as nozzles, mesh sprinkler PVC common header pipes valve, bolts and nut strainer, arresting of base leakages if any removing and cleaning of fungs, white washing the base for the following capacities complete all as specified and directed :- Note :- PVC fills shall be mesured and paid seperately.

M&L carrying out the chemical servicing / checking / inspection of the air handling units & cooling coils by applying the non-aciditic scale removing agent to the fins area of the cooling coil, copper tubes, remove the complete scale deposit across the coil, flushing through and complete blowing out the dirt, cleaning the fan impellers, filter section, fan section and including cleaning of filters, replacement of rusted bolts & nuts, checking the alignment of the drive set, greasing of blower motor, checking of electrical connection, cleaning of air filter, replacement of unserviceable bearing / rusted sheet metal screws, applying synthetic enamel paint to all exposed surfaces of the air handling units of AC Plant of following capacities complete all as specified and directed :-

M&L disconnecting electical / mechanical connections of defective unserviceable motor from cooling tower and including taking down the defective Induction motor of any make / model, transporting to work shop for dismantling motor, remove burnt out winding from stator and rewinding the stator with same gauge of super enamelled copper conductor with necessary insulation materials, varnishing backing re-assembling motor, replacement of both end bearings, after complete the job motor shifted to site and reinstalled at its original position complete all as specified and directed of the following capacities :-

Supply and replacement of thermal insulation with 50 mm high density EP Sheet and including prepare the outer surface of the supply & return air duct, applying with bituminous paint, fixing the EP sheet with industrial quality 40 / 90 grade bitumen compound, covering with tar coated hassaain cloth, plastic staping arround over the duct, 20 x 20 mm wire mesh, 15 mm thick cement plastering in CM 1: 6 for duct, straping mesh arround the duct, three coats of white wash on plastering, applying 2 coats of oil base paint over a coat of primer on exposed steel surfaces upto a height of 10 m with necessary scoffolding arangement and including clearing the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting and removal of damged / corroded supply return, air return, air duct of various sizes, taking down from height upto 10 m with necessary scaffolding arrangements as per the site condition and including supply, fabrication, erection of supply / return air duct with GI sheet 22 SWG, required bolts, nuts , gasket packing, cross brasing with angle iron flanges, fixing with necessary bolt & nuts, washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rain water protection for supply & return air ducts which laid out side the air-conditioned, hangers along side of the building wall for total length of the duct by G.C sheet of 22 SWG and including fixing with suitable "J" bolts & nuts, rubber washer, supporting frame works with 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle Iron, necessary cutting, welding and grouting / anchor fastner as per the site condition at the height upto 10 m from GL complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the damaged themal insulation for supply & return air duct of the various AC plants and including clearing the site and transporting of debries to GVMC damping yard complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg / cum with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier and including the following complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc, to make the surface completly free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) Applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) Sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide to make the insulation leakproof. (d) Securing the insulation with mechanically fastened nylon / steel straps of size 12 mm / 50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 m.

Supply fabication, erection of MS flat angle iron supports / chanels of vaious size fitted to supply and return air duct and including preparation and applying two coats of synthetic enamel pait over a coat of anticorrosive primer at the height upto 10 m from GL and dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L carry out the inner side cleaning and including taking out the dust from ducts of the various capacity of AC plant by blow out and removal of dirt / dust particles by opening the grills / service doors by using air compressor/ vaccum cleaner, after cleaning fixing all the open covers / grills with necessary gas kit. bolt, nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of supply & return air grills / difussers as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of dampers as per the existing size with G.I sheet of 20 SWG and including necessary frame works, damper opening & closing leafs with stems and bushes, fresh air in take control leaver with locking arragments, matching good with existing surface on the masonary wall, painting, providing of bird sceen on the air in take with requird wire mesh, flanges, bolts & nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of insulation of MS pipe with PUF slab 40 mm thick and including applying bituminuous compound and GI cladding with 26 gauge GI sheet, height of the lines upto 5 m height for the following sizes of chilled water line at various AC plants complete all as specified and directed :-

Supply and replacement of aluminum clading to the various size of chilled pipe line with 26 SWG aluminium sheet and including fabrication as per site requirement fixing with necessary sheet metal screws, making of necessary groove for over laping joints etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of return air boxing between AHU room and AC space and including painting with bituminous paint outer surface of the boxing, at the height upto 12 m from the ground with necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L complete leak testing the indoor and outdoor units, refrigerent pipe with nitrogen gas, locating the leaks, rectify the leak by brazing / welding and pressure testing the complete system upto 90 TR capacity central AC plant complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces by removing dust, rust, etc, and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spray gun of approved make and colour for cooling tower, condencing pipe line, condenser water pumps, all pipe line valves upto 25 TR capacity of AC plant complete all as specified and directed.
