Supply, hoisting and fixing in position as in repairs, 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank tripple layered (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) and Cleaning & removing all scale and dirt etc from HDPE water tanks of 500 litres capacity (Tanks placed on top of roof) and from mouths of circulating pipes etc including washing the tank with bleaching powder and hoisting, reconnecting and re-fixing in position including writing the date of cleaning of tank with synthetic enamel (black/white) paint of size not less than 10cm of each letter complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F, ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of 20mm bore and fixed complete all as specified and directed.(Minimum weight -210 Gms) complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to non accessible roof slabs by applying one coat of cold bituminous primer oil base @ 0.40 litre/sqm and conforming to IS-3384, laying APP based polyster modified membrane reinforced non woven polyster of 3.50 Kg/Sqm (minimum), 3mm thick with plain polythene finished and sealing all the overlap 75mm in length side and 100mm in width side of membrane by torching including applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint over membrane all as specified and directed. Note:- The primer and membrane shall be of same manufracturer.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces as on PCC padding in CM 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound ISI Marked as per manufacturer instruction and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement for laying APP membrane at non-accessible roof (mumty) all as directed. Note :- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid sepretally

M&L for cutting uneven surface of concrete and reinforcement from drop of fins, facias, chajjas using necessary scaffolding and making good disturbed portion including form work and rendering, 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Removing rubbish to a distance exc. 1.5 Km but not exc. 5.0 Km out side MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note:- This item shall not be operated for serial item No 1 of BOQ

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring/hard standing and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment including river sand cushioning 25mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finishing cement concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, Joints of plinth protection shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering in two coat with 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 using liquid WPC over 10 thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.
