Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed directed by Engineer-incharge and disposing of all excavated earth at dumping site ( To be arranged by the Contractor) as per satisfacation of Engineer -in- Charge through all modes of transportation including head load , animal load or mechnical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechnical means and labour( If required).

Cutting in earth work in by mechanical means all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work , Jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (Where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatring where required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer-in - charge at site, according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990( One Thousand Nine Hundred ninety) Volume-I (One) and sorting out useful and unuseful matreial and Transportation of the unuseful matreial for disposing at dumping site ( To be arranged by the Contractor) as per satisfacation of Engineer -in- Charge through all modes of transportation including head load , animal load or mechnical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechnical means and labour( If required). All useful material such as stone , shingles aggregate and slates Shall be properly Stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation as per direction of the Engineer -in -charge . The recovery for stones, weather useful or not, for the minimum quatom of 27.48 cubic meter @ Rupee 300/- Only (Rupees. Three hundred) per cubic meter Shall be effected on pro rata basis in all circumstances. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour, including carriage of materials with in all leads & lifts as per direction / satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.
