Excavation in foundation trenches (for Pipes & Pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft /hard rock or chieselling soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming & dressing of sides leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring/strutting planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required stacking the serviceable and unserviceable material / soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes, returning the unserviceable soil in trenches in 15cm ( Fifteen centimeter) layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unserviceable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surface to its original condition and including cost of night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over foundation for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:- Foundation, footing bases of column, wall etc. and the like mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetre thick welding with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 milimetre, so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Placing tor steel reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including bending, binding, & placing in position complete upto floor two level) within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Labour Rate )

Providing, laying, jointing and testing of 300 mm dia MSERW pipe (Zinc coated) plane ended pipe with conforming to ISO:3183-2007, steel grade L-210 (latest with up to date amendments) having 4.80 mm wall thickness and capable of withstanding required test pressure in random length of 4 to 7 meters including manufacturing / fabrication of reducer, tapers, tees, all short pieces per site requirement made from parental tubes which shall included all operational such as cutting, welding, jointing, lowering and laying of pipe in excavated trenches to ensure required level complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (Zinc coated both inside and outside) as per relevant IS standard including entire carriage of material flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing in all respect to the best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts. (The flange provide every pipe)

Providing and fixing cast iron Sluice Valves Kartar Make for water works purpose PN 1.60 variety: PD,( with hand wheel) complete as per IS : 780-1984 class of following diametre including brass spindle and as per IS : 2906 class-II with welding of M.S. flanges, nuts, bolts, rubber insertion etc. within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
