Running repairs of damaged roofing and cladding sheets of Industrial Sheds inside the plant areas at HWPM.

Providing required men, materials, tools & tackles for dismantling of Asbestos/ Non AC roofing sheets at all heights including scaffolding if required, removing of ridges, hips, valleys & gutters etc., and stacking the serviceabe material & disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping yard with a lead of 50m etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) reinforced by organic fibres and/ or inorganic synthetic fibres-cement, for roofing and cladding, at all heights up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc., including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required, complete all as per the drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing non-asbestos fibre Corrugated serrated adjustable ridges/cement corner/ curved sheets to close gap between vertical sheets placed each at corner in roofing and cladding including fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers and EPDM washers complete working up to height of 20m all complete as per drawing, specification and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets at all heights (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, or fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers along with wind ties complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm + 0.05 % total coated thickness Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS: 277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Gutter (600-1000 mm) over all girth

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within colony as directed, as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Fly Ash brick masonry work with non modular bricks of size 230mm x 110mm x 75mm, fly ash lime bricks (FALG Bricks) conforming to IS:12894, having crushing strength not less than 10N/mm2 in CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level (for gable end etc) including curing, scaffolding wherever required etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Fine sand) in repairs works over concrete/ brick masonry surfaces at all levels including racking of joints, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, scaffolding, providing grooves etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing, fabricating, transporting, erecting and fixing in position structural steel members for railing, ladders, brackets, embedded parts using M.S.pipes,angles, channels, beams, plates, flats, rounds, cleats including cutting, grinding, welding, bolting and applying a coat of red oxide primer & two coat of synthetic enamel paint all complete as per the drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing all tools, tackles, labour, and material for Providing scaffolding and shuttering using G.I.Pipe/ wooden shuttering wherever necessary and for making platforms etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works. 3. GI Scaffolding pipes will be issued to the agency on hire/rental basis.
