Providing services for daily repair/ maintenance and attending all internal complaints, Electric Meter/ distribution, wiring, fixture and fittings incl Geyser/ fans etc or any other electric equipment related complaints through telephone or person or detailment by JE/MCM in Birpur and Ghanghora area with one Electrician (skilled) per shift, (3 shifts per day each of 8 hours) round the clock including sunday & holidays from the date of commencement of work/handing taking over between contractor and Department, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 01 Electrician x 03 Shifts x 334 Days = 1002 Units

Providing services for daily repair/ maintenance and attending all External Electrc Complaints, including identifing the electrical faults, LT Over head lines, Under Ground cables,LT panel/ Feeder Pillers and street light related complaints or any other type of complaint through telephone or person or detailment by JE/MCM in Birpur and Ghanghora area with two Electrician (skilled) per shift, (General shift only) including sunday & holidays from the date of commencement of work/handing taking over between contractor and Department, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 02 Electrician x 01 Shift x 334 Days = 668 Units

Notes for Serial item No 1 to 2:- (a) The Electrician employed shall have ITI certificate from Govt recognised institute having experiance of minimum four years to deal in LT electrification works, internal wiring, Geyser and street lights etc. (b) The item rate includes reliever for Sunday holiday and leave as per labour law. No extra payment shall be made on account of that. (c) The item rate shall include conveyance required to attend the day to day complaints, no separate vehicle shall be provided by the department.

(d) Contractor shall provide One set of spanner (one side open jaw and other side ring from 6 to 32 size), Goti set 01, one adjustable spanner, ladder, safety gloves, safety belt, discharge rod, LT megger, one cutting plier, screw driver tester, test lamp etc and other tools required for efficient and safe workman ship. (e) Contractor shall provide Helmet, uniform in blue colour ie trouser and shirt of same cloth duly stitched with front two pockets written "MES" and "GE Dehradun" etc in each Installation/complaint cell and each electrician/Mate Electrician. The quoted rates shall include the same.

(f) The electricians shall be responsible for fixing the items / fittings and accessories as supplied under the items here in after or any other items issued by the department. (g) The contractor shall be liable to pay wages not less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India/ concerned State Government /Local Body, whichever is higher and applicable rates for contribution of employer towards EPF, contribution to ESIC, contribution of Bonus and LWC as per labour laws.

(h) In case of absence of an operator during a shift, payment of that shift shall not be made. In addition to deduction of payment as above a panelty of Rs. 1500/- per shift shall be levied for absent period. (j) Contractor will be responsible for timely collection of stores from MES Store Yard as and when required. (k)The contractor shall be responsible for the complete security of the complaint cell including necessary watch and ward,cleaning etc.

Notes :- (i) Materials taken as “Supply only” in the BOQ shall be supplied and deposited to MES Store of Engr-in-Charge as and when demanded by Engr-in-Charge. The items received will be taken on ledger charge. The items shall be issued by the Engr -in-Charge on proper “Issue voucher” and gate pass solely for the purpose of repair/ maintenance under this contract only. Proper records of issue and consumption of items shall be maintained by the Engr-in-Charge and the contractor. (ii) The items dismantled from the site by the electricians deployed for attending complaints shall be deposited in the store yard of AGE EM and same shall be taken on charge by the concerned AGE/JE.
