Hire and labour charges for staging with sal bullah for super structure of bridge (Major and Minor) including stripping off and removing clearing on completion of work as per design and drawing approved by the Engineer-in-charge
Cleaning the exposed corroded Reinforcement as well as wron out concrete by sand blasting with air compressure including all materials, hire charges of machineries and labour etc. all complete as per technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
Providing anti corrosive protective coating to inhibit the corrosion to HYSD Reinforcements including two coats of anti corrosive coatings of consumption as per the Manufacturers specification , cleaning etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer In Charge.
Removing corroded worn out portion of reinforcement (when the area of baris damaged by more than 25%) by cutting and replacing the same by a new plain round bar of requisite diameter by binding with required lap / weldingwith old bar, including cost of reinforcement, complete in all respect including removing unserviceable materials from site as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. : Payment will be made on the basis of weight (Kg.) of new reinforcement which is to be executed.

Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open foundation with or without reinforcements, in any part of foundation of bridges / culverts with graded stone chips of appropriate nominal sizes, including screening and cleaning of coarse aggregates, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, cost of curing with water, including cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in-Charge, cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. including cost of formwork but excluding reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications. PCC M-30 Grade (Using Concrete mixture)
Anti carbonation coating for protection of concrete surface from carbonation by with two coats of single component solvent free, cold applied, pure acrylic polymer, (Anti carbonation coating) breathable, elastomeric on a water based priming coat [Total 3 (three) coats including priming coats] having 50% elongation property, UV resistant capacity, non-taxic with aesthetic view, eco friendly and low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) materials. The product complies with the requirement as laid out in as per ASTM D822. Recommended DFT (Dry Film thickness) : 100-110 microns per coat. Top coat may have with 5%-10% dilution if required and anti carb primer with 100% dilution with approx. DFT : 20 micron. Total system DFT should not be less than 230 micron for getting batter anti carbonation property on concrete surface as per direction of Engineer in charge. Note : 1) The rate is exclusive of the cost of scaffolding. 2) It may be used for the exposed surface of concrete structures. 3) This item shall be executed only after specific Instruction of Superintending Engineer of the respective circle.
