M&L False ceiling work comprising GI frame work of size 605 x 605mm, for seamless celling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx. 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and incl ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having knurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre including hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long and 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling(Gypsum anhydrous) boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws as in ceiling , including taking down old false ceiling including frame work and hangers, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F powder coated anodised Aluminium ventilator with fixed aluminium frame of size 60mmx40mmx1.98mm fixed in vertical position with aluminium vertical members and half portion to be provided with aluminum heavy duty adjustable loovers and 4mm thick pinhead glass and remaining portion to be louvered using 4mm thick pinhead glass and louvered portion covered with Aluminium wire cloth 0.45mm dia of f wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm incl Aluminium grill (decogrill Design no 20 or eq section) and F/h type frame, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing Note : Rates include all glazing/aluminium wire cloth, rubber packing, joining, cleats, glazing clips, aluminium snap beading grill loovers etc

S&F Powdr coated aluminium alloy door frame of weight 2.863/kg/rm and 12 mm thick toughened glass for door of any size and side portions of toughened glass fixed to wall / floor, joints sealed with clear silicon silicate gel to make water tight, incl necessary cleats edges with diamond cut including taper drilling to flush the screws / all fitting as required, floor hinges, patch fitting top, bottom and sides, lock and handles, spider joint etc. all as specified, required at site by manufacturer instructions and as directed by GE.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) each area n exc 1.5 sqm all as specified and as directed.

M&L Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and as directed.)

M&L Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non skid ceramic joint free floor tiles 7-8mm thick (Square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over and including bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20mm thick Granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 , including rounding of exposed edges all as sppecified and directed

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specially provided for cement concete (unreinforced) and all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thk Cement concrete type B-1 , 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in leveling course below floor finish complete all as specified.

M&L for Hardcore with broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

S&F Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (coloured) any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick M-35 grade etc complete (with grey cement and pigment) over 50 mm thick sand coushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggt) as in path, hard standing, parking floors, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 ( 12.5mm graded aggregate) in kerb stone , rounded or chamfered on edges set in CM 1:6complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying 3mm thick wall care putty, including rubbing with sand paper and making the surfaces smooth and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (oil emulsion) complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE: Distemper shall be applied with roller finish.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats and any width or girth etc, the area of application should be cleaned thoroughly, remove all dirt, dust and uneven elements from the surface by washing and scraping and all the unevenness in the surface should be corrected by filling the exterior wallcare putty, surface should be sanded down with fine grade sand paper for smoothness applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces,as per manfecturars instructions complete all as directed and specified.

M&L Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width/girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint.

Demolition of brick work orstone/boulder masonry built in cement mortor or cement lime mortor incl all quoins,arches,pillars etc all as specified and directed

M&L Pre cast cement concrete block type C1in 1:3:6 Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate exc 10 CM in widdth and setting in CM 1;6 all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls incl raking out joints hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc.

M&L for internal cement plasterin brick walls 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) and finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new surfaces on walls and applying and 3mm wall care putty including rubbing with sand paper and making the surfaces smooth and 02 coats of distemper oil emulsion with roller finish complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layers on concrete surfaces , 1st coat 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 2nd coat 5mm thick in CM 1:4 including WPC for second coat @ 3% by wt of cement and finished even and fair on walls (NOTE : Supply only WPC will be measured and paid for separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified

Preparation of newly plastered surface and and applying applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Supplying and laying of 25 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 and plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings, concealed joint with CPVC adhesive taflon tape in any requirement complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors iincluding all connected brass cpvc fittings and cutting grooves and making good with CM1:6 ,including taking down old tubing any type complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs PVC(SWR) pipe 110 mm dia, conforming to IS-13592-1992 type 'B', single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors.

Removal of all loose/unsound/bad/damaged concrete or plaster existing RCC structure of slab/beams/walls by using chesel/hammar .Cut and remove unsound reinforcement bars, wires etc without damaging the sound reinforcement . clean loose rust from bars manually with brush, incl S& fixing new TMT supplymentary bars as required either by tying it with existing bars or by welding on it. Applying eppoxy bonding agent and making good with polymer modified plaster/micro concrete as required thickness over a coat of rust removing alkaline primer and match the finishing to the existing surface in ground floor including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminum /copper point wiring (light, fan, switch & power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendent, by unscrewing from board ,out let box, fitting and fixture such as bulk head fitting, sketch fittings and making good the disturbed rurfaces of walls floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old MCB, DBs/main switch of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down sub main wire of any size fixed in any position , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of 4.0 Sqmm single core PVC unsheathed and insulated 1100 Volt grade/Multi stranded copper conductor drawn through PVC conduit and accessories fixed an concealed of walls, ceiling floors etc including one run of PVC insulated and unsheathed cable of copper conductor of 4.00 Sqmm single core as earth continuity wire all as specified and directed. Note :- Two runs of single core PVC insulated unshethed cables and one run of earth continuity conductor incl conduit will be messured and paid as one unit length only complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of 6.00 Sqmm single core FRLS PVC unsheathed and insulated 1100 Volt grade/Multi stranded copper conductor drawn through PVC conduit & accessories fixed an surface of walls, ceiling floors etc including one run of PVC insulated and unsheathed cable of copper conductor of 6.00 Sqmm single core as earth continuity wire complete all as specified and directed and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Two runs of single core PVC insulated unshethed cables and one run of earth continuity conductor incl conduit will be messured and paid as one unit length only.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron wire of 4mm by means of bolts nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electric plate No 5, of SSR Part - I, 1991 & all as specified, testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by 15 mm dia GI pipe light grade & watering pipe 20 mm medium light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit (1:3:6) type C1 with RCC cover, charcoal, salt, funnel etc complete including making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor. Note : ( i ) The item includes the cost of 7.5 meter GI pipe for protection of earth lead wire & the cost of 7.5 meter earthing lead strip/wire (ii) Irrespective of what is shown on plate No 5 of SSR Part-I /1991, the cover of earthing pit shall be of precast RCC (1 :2 : 4) type B1 with suitable handle complete all as specified and directed.
