1st stage Panjahal

Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of horizontal spindle,horizontal split casing,radial split Single,/Multistages centrifugal pumps of standard make such as KSB/ Kirloskar conforming to BIS 1520-1980 with upto date ammendments read with BIS 9137-1978 make to handle clear water, having characteristics as mentioned below in Item No. 1(A), with impelleres,casing ring, priming funnels & shaft sleeves of bronze, shaft of steel with cast iron casing of suitable capacity coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a common base plate of cast steel /Mild steel to BHEL /Kirlokar/ NGEF/ Crompton / Siemen/Jyoti /GEC make slip ring /squirrel cage screen protected drip proof induction electric motor suitable for operation on the data given below i/c the cost of all the accessories in all leads and lifts & carriage of material at the site as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of Auto control panel with push button star delta starter for Centrifugal pumps of L&T and reputed make fabricated with M.S sheet and Angle stand duly painted and complete with internal wiring ,comprising of main switch of suitable Amp. T.P. Volt meter, ammeter,hour run meter, phase indicating lamps with GSM based , Remote start/stop operation call/SMS for feedback regarding running of pumps & breakdown message, timer scheduling for fixed hours in a day,Inbuilt protection against overload/undervoltage,Dry run,single phase preventor,Inbuilt GPS tracker,phase reversal configurable volt/current limits with a facility to access the system through minimum 10 Nos. authenticated mobile Nos. complete in all respect, including entire carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts,installation and testing at site with entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

2nd stage Panjahal

Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of submersible pumping set of reputed make KSB /Kirloskar/Mather & Platt/ Jyoti or any other reputed make,conforming to latest relevent BIS code. The pump should be fitted with free flow impellers of bronze /suitable alloy as per BIS 5659 or latest with up to date ammendments suitable for raw/clear water having characteristics as mentioned in item No. 3 A) ,greased packed bearings & shell with wound stator on motor side & with shaft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft conforming to BIS specifications. The pump shall be directly coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor of Kirloskar/NGEF/Jyoti / Crompton make conforming to relevent BIS code with up to date ammendments totally dust & water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber chamber & grease packed lubricated bearings & provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to withstand non vertical loads with minimum wear & tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor . The pump set should include water level guard, errection clamps, cable clips & depth gauge etc. and suitable for operation on data given below .
