Restoration of Badripur Kishanpura Bhatanwali road km. 0/00 to 3/120. (SH- P/L earth work in embankment, GSB, wet mix macadam and 20mm thick premixed carpet from RD 0/510 to 0/920)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m(one point five meter) in width or 10 sqm(ten squaremetre) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all leads.All kinds of soil including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaciton of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, (one point five meter)transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m.(one thousand metres) as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaciton of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm(fifty three milimetres to zero point zero seven five milimeters)) having CBR Value-30 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaciton of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm(fifty three milimetres to zero point zero seven five milimeters) ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications On W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg / sqm(at the rate zero point seven five kilograms), including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaciton of the Engineer-in-Charge.

2 cm.(two centimetres) premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 cum(one point eight cubic metre) and 0.90 cum.(zero point nine zero cubic metre) of stone chippings of 13.2 mm(thirteen point two milimetres) size and 11.2 mm(eleven point two milimetres) size respectively per 100 sqm (hundred squar metre) and 52 kg(fifty two kilomrams) and 56 kg (fifty six kilograms) of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm(thirteen point two milimetre) and 11.2 mm (Eleven point two milimeter)size respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately).With paving Asphalt grade VG - 30 with no solvent including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaciton of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate ( passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg(one hundred twenty eight kilograms) of bitumen of grade VG - 10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum(zero point six zero cubic metre) of fine aggregate per 100 sqm(One hundred square metre) of road surface, including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaciton of the Engineer-in-Charge.
