Construction of FLB over Dahispatna to Amalanga drain (DC-17) at RD 14.850Km near Village Narapur under Delang Block, Doab-VII.

Excavation of canal / drain in both wet & dry condition by mechanical means in all kinds of soil including stony earth, gravel, morrum etc. inter spread with boulders up to 1/2cum size with all lead, lifts and delifts including trimming the slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from worksite in banks, spoil bank and any other area beyond berm of the drain to be arranged by the Agency at his own cost & responsibility including levelling and rough dressing with all leads, lifts, delift, handling, rehandling etc. complete with all taxes (excluding GST), Labour Cess, T&P etc. including mobilization and 'demobilization of men and machineries etc. complete with all cost incidental to the work as per the drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge [Measurement will be made as per finished level section.].

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures by mechanical/manual means in all kinds of soil including stony earth and gravel in both wet and dry condition including shoring, shuttering, propping, bullah, dewatering the foundation, diverting the water away from the structure, dressing, leveling and ramming the foundation bed and sides with pneumatic tampers/ fuel- operated compactors as per the drawing and specification and removing the excavated materials within 50m initial leads, and 1.5m initial lifts and delifts etc. & depositing the excavated materials in the embankment with watering and disposing the excess materials in spoil bank or any other specified areas by manual means with all leads, lifts and delifts complete with all taxes (excluding GST), Labour charges,T&P, Labour Cess etc. complete including mobilization and demobilization of men and machineries etc. complete with all cost incidental to the work as per the drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble stone masonry with sand or gravel grouted in foundation using hard broken granite stone of approved quality from approved quarry and of 30cm and above size on all direction including cost. Conveyance, royalities, EMF, DMF, additional charges, all taxes (excluding GST), Labour cess and any other material, labour and tools and plants etc. required for the work, dewatering whenever necessary complete in all respect with all leads, lifts and de-lifts as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 grade using 40mm and down graded hard granite well graded crusher broken stone aggregates free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, using sharp sand of approved grading and quality conforming to the specifications, using water of approved quality and using cement as per approved specification with all leads. lifts, delifts and transportation by mechanical / manual means including cost, carriage, royalties, Labour cess, DMF,EMF, additional charges and taxes (excluding GST) of all other materials including dewatering by suitable means with all cost, all materials using mixing the concrete mix ingredients in all mechanical mixer, vibration of concrete by mechanical means, supplying T&P, watering, curing for specified days by suitable means including cost and carriage of water, mobilization and demobilization of men and machineries etc. including quality control testing charges as per approved drawings & specifications & direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing & laying reinforced cement concrete M-25 grade in approved surface using 20mm & down graded hard granite well graded crusher broken stone aggregates free from weathered skins surface and any other deleterious materials, using sharp sand of approved grading & quality confirming to the specifications, using water of approved quality & using cement as per approved specification with all leads & delifts & transportation by mechanical / manual means including cost, carriage, royalties, Labour cess, DMF, EMF, additional charges & taxes (excluding GST) of all materials using mixing the ingredients in a mechanical mixer, vibration of concrete by mechanical means supplying T & P, watering, curing for specified days by suitable means including cost & carriage of water, mobilisation & demobilisation of men & machineries etc. including quality control testing charges as per approved drawing & specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Excluding labour charges for cutting, bending, binding & straightening etc and cost of reinforcement and binding wire).

Providing HYSD/TMT bars confirming to grade Fe 500 of steel and approved quality including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding lapping, welding, etc. & conforming to IS specification and tying the grills and placing in position with ties, charges and spacers including lapping by binding wires / welding wherever necessary and fixing of reinforcement for RCC works as per the approved design with all leads, lifts and de-lifts from bending yard to placement spot including cost, quality control testing charge and conveyance of HYSD/TMT bars and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge including cost of all labour, T & P and supervision charges, Labour Cess & all taxes (excluding GST) etc. complete as per design, drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer – in – Charge. (Standard co-efficient of different sizes of steel shall be considered for payment & welding and lapping shall confirm to relevant clause of IS code)

Providing rigid and smooth form works with F1 finish for Cement Concrete or RCC work & dismantling thereafter casting for all heights in all types of structures including pier, abutment, trough slab, road slab etc. complete using steel shutters efficiently propped and braced using required number of pylons for vertical support, scaffolding, gangway etc. complete and applying the finish for surfaces prominently exposed to public view or flow areas subjected to high velocity as per IS 457 and dismantling after allowing required support time and stacking the same for reuse including greasing, oiling etc. including cost, carriage and taxes (excluding GST) of all materials, labour and T&P and supervision charges complete as per approved design and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil within initial lead of 1km on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading and levelling the earth in 22.5 cm layers for all heights including construction, maintenance, watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area etc. complete including cost of labourers, hire charges of machineries, royalities of all materials, T & P materials, etc as per the direction of Engineer-in charge. (measurement of the fill to be taken on the finished compacted level section.)

Filling foundation and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 22.50 cm. thick watering and ramming with full compaction etc. complete in all leads, lifts & de-lifts with including cost of all materials, labour cess, royalities, DMF, EMF & additional charges T & P, labour charges, etc complete (excluding GST) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cast-in-situ 700 mm dia single under reamed RCC piles with 375 mm dia circular pile foundation( as specified in the drawing )including excavation of bore holes by wrench or by any other mechanical means from the the bottom level of foundation excluding cost of reinforcement,cutting bending,binding the grills as per the drawing supplied by the Deptt. but including cost of cement concrete with M25 using 20 mm down graded black H.G.C.B chips of approved quality from approved quarry mixed properly in cement concrete mixer including cost ,conveyance royality, EMF, DMF, additional charges and all other taxes of materials, centering ,shuttering ,all labour , T &P ,Hire running charges of machinaries wih all leads, lifts,delifts and dewatering etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge ( for 6.0M length of pile.)
