Description:- The bidder shall quote the license fee payable to Railway for Ist year for provision of

the shed, Moradabad railway station earmarked for General category. The contract will be valid for 05 years. The license fee will be fixed for the first three years and in the fourth year it will be enhanced by 10%. License fee for the fourth and fifth year will remain same.
