Details of Work:
Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1.0 m3/hr capacity EDI (Electro deionization) and mixed bed deionizer based water treatment plant for production of ultrapure water including pumps, EDI cleaning system, SS tanks, piping, valves, filters, instruments, LED indicating mimic process control panel etc. to process the available inlet water with conductivity ≤ 10µS/cm to very high purity ultrapure water having Resistivity ≈ 16 to18 MΩcm along with high pressure rinsing system to produce water jets of (80 to 100 bar ) pressure with 900 lph flow by using high pressure reciprocating pump, precession micron filter, safety valves etc. including all necessary safety precautions to be incorporated to protect the system from over pressurized as per given specifications and general condition of contract attached in Annexure-1.
