Civil maintenance of Power House, Dam, MAT and Switchyard Structures for two years at KHEP

Earth work in excavation by mechnical means(Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drain(not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10.0 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kind of soil.

Brick work with common brunt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation -7.5 in superstructure above plinth level in all shapes and sizes with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Centering & shuttering including strutting, propping etc, and removal of from work for Retaining wall, return walls, walls(any thickness) in cluding attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets,kerbs and steps.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing & Laying Vitrified floor tiles in different sizes(thickness to be specified by manufacturer) with water absorption 's less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement & matching pigments etc, complete. size of tile 600x600 mm.

Providing & laying polished Granite flooring in required design and pattersn in linear as well as curilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawing with 18mm thick stone slab over 20mm(average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4coarse sand) laid and joined with cement sulrry and pointing with white cement sulrry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc, all complete specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Polished granite stone slab jet black, cherry red, elite brown, adhunic brown, cat eyes or equivalent.

Providing & fixing Kota stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 25 mm thick.

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid proof and/or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. In flooring on a bed of 10 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand).

Acid proof tile In dado/skirting on 12 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand) Acid and alkali resistant tile.

15 mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix. 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand).
