Amount

The rates quoted by the tenderer shall deemed to be inclusive for the following provisions in addition to the other conditions specified in the tender documents. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained at a later date on this account:- [i] The repairs shall be done by skilled workmen in the relevant field to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall engage sufficient manpower for the entire period so that progress of work shall not be hampered due to non availability of labour at any time. [ii] The contractor on getting information through Site order / Works diary regarding the nature of repair to be carried out, he shall immediately respond to the same and make all out efforts to carry out the same on priority within 48 hours. In case of any delay in responding / attending the repairs within 48 hours, the GE may at his absolute discretion impose penalty on the contractor at Rs. 100/- per day per each work ordered upto 05(Five) days and Rs. 200/- per day thereafter till completion of the work in case of delay without valid reasons as decided by GE. [iii] Further, the above penalty is applicable even for the multiple locations of work at the same period. It is the responsibility of contractor to make suitable arrangements for attending the repairs simultaneously at all the places. [iv] The decision of the GE as to whether a particular repair has been attended or not on a particular day will be final and binding. The above penalty shall be in addition to the provisions made in clause 50 of IAFW-2249 i.e (Compensation for delay in completion of work).

S & F 32mm outer diameter of pipe 3-layer PP-R polypropylene random copolymer concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16) UV stablised and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc including taking down old GI 20mm bore tubing complete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 15 mm bore Chromium plated bib taps fancy type, cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 15mm dia Pillar tap, cast copper alloy with capstan heads, fancy type chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs brass chromium plated shower rose 75mm size fancy type with swivel joints, any size, including fixing to steel pipe or union for 15mm dia complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed

Removal of existing sunken floor treatment including taking out of cement plaster and preparation of surfaces with wire brushes, cleaning with water and applying epoxy treatment with one coat of NITO proof chemical to bottom and sides as per manufacturers instructions and providing 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with and including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement to cover entire portion of epoxy coating including testing the sunken floor for 48 hours duly filled with water complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: The work shall be executed by authorised agency of the chemical]

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:5:10, type E2, (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete etc in sunken floor upto 12th floor complete all as specified .

M & L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 , type B-0, (using 12.5mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified .

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in facias, chajjas of any description at any height including making good to disturbed area in cement mortar 1:3 and finishing the surfaces to match with adjoining surfcaes complete all as directed

Ltd. as per manufacturer's instructions and providing pressure Guniting averaging 30mm thick at a pressure of not less than 6 KG / Sq.cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 duly mixing the mortar with and including suitable bonding agent of M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. or M/s. STP Ltd. or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Bostik India Pvt. Ltd. @ 5% of weight of cement for soffits of Slabs, Beams, Columns, Fins, Parapets Facias & Chajjas etc., finishing surface rough and finally rendering 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement conforming to proper geometrics including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion and disposal and depositing the demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for treating the seepage by filling FOSROC nitotile grout in tiles gaps of WC, bathroom and kitchen contact area and applying Fosroc brushbond chemical for arresting seepage through wall surface over plaster and grouting the affected area @ 300mm c/c with use of Fosroc renderoc plug chemical and making good to the disturbed plaster complete all as specified and directed.
