EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Cutting of existing CI/DI pipe line of 100 mm bore for insertion of 150x150x50 mm Tee in potion including excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of brick masonry (with full brick valve) valve chamber size 600x600x600mm (internal dimension) with earth work on any type of soil, PCC M-10 type C-2 as in foundation, brick work in CM 1:4, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 internally and externally flush pointed in same mortar as work proceeds, 75mm thick PCC coping all round (M-15 with 20mm aggregate), flooring shall be 40mm thick PCC M-15 (Nominal mix) laid over 75mm thick hardcore. Top cover shall be made out of MS sheet 3.00mm thick fixed in angl iron frame made out of angle iron size 40x40x6mm with two number of hinges on one side and locking arrangement of other side complete including painting with two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of epoxy primer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply, install, testing & commissioning of LT panel outdoor type 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire from CPRI approved manufactur made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof cubical type with front and rear operated doors, cable alleys,with necessary hinges consisting of chamber with Aluminium bus of 400 Amps capacity for phase and 200 Amps for neutral and earth with necessary tinned copper strip connections supported by epoxy insulators for incoming and out going duly powder coat painted including locking arrangements having legs 60 cms made out of 45x45x6 mm angle iron grouted on PCC 1:3:6 plateform upto 15 cms including the following complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Before proccurement of panel, contractor shall submit GA Drg for approval by GE.

Riddled soil as earth cushioning brought from out side of MD land to UG cable by using IS sieve to separate the composite particle/ roots etc and refilling/ spread in all trenches as cushioning and rammed down to form a solid bed all as specified and as directed.

ARBORICULTURE :- Digging pit of sizes 0.60 m x 0.60 m and 0.60 m deep in any type of soil for plantation of sapling of trees and removal of rubbish and surplus earth not exc 50m and uprooting of all vegetation around 2.0m radius of planted sapling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Services for maintenance of planted trees and grass covered the following: (i) Watering the planted trees and grass thrice a week having each irrigation of 10Litres (ii) Hoeing or loosening of soil after every 30 days (iii)Weeding, pruning, removal of garden rubbish. (iv) spraying of insecticides, pesticides (like Monocrotophus, Miticide, Rogor etc) after every 60 days using 25ml in 15 litres of water or using Methyl parathion or Furadan mixed in powder form with earth using 50gm per tree. (v) applying manure vermin-compost, neem cake & micro nutrients mixed with the earth in the ratio of 1:4 etc as per standard procedure and as directed by Engr-in- charge/GE, protecting the trees and shrubs, keeping good health of the plants/grass so as to keep the plants/grass live in entire period of 24 months and replacing the dead trees and shrubs with the size as per time grown new live trees & shrubs (with in 48 hours) etc.

Sl.item No. 56 (Contd.......) Note:-. It is the responsibility of the contractor to make all necessary arrangement : (i) To keep the plants/grass live and healhy for the entire period of 24 months. (ii) Replacing dead plants/grass with the new ones. (iiI) Cost of Bio farmyard manure ( compost) for manuring the plants. (iii) Sweeping of area around trees/shrubs thrice in a week. (iv) The plants/grass shall be handed over to users after 02 years from the physical date of completion and the responsiblity of maintaining the plants shall be done by the users.

Labour only for mixing, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming approved earth and sand in reqd proportion as directed for planting of grass in layers n exc 25 cm thick incl supply and mixing of 0.5Kg/Sqm of cow dung, 0.25kg/sqm of bone meal and 15 g/Sqm of insecticides at site

Supply and planting Mexican grass including providing manure as directed.
