Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of step down transformer out door type complete with standard fittings and accessories, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 Volt, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tap changer on primary side to carry secondary voltage tapping range + 7.5% with tappings at every steps 2.5 % all as per IS 1180 Part-I (2014 , With Latest Amendment No 1, 2, 3 & 4 of Energy Efficiency Level -2) Level-2, for Transformer manufacturing of capacity 630 KVA, copper wound, oil cooling with fins vector group : DYn 11, including initial oil filling (oil confirming to IS 335 and ISI Mark) complete all as specified including the following accessories :- (a) Three Nos porcelain bushing HT 11 KV with brass bushing rods, nuts, bolts & washers etc inside cable end box. (b) One cable box LV side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain with brass bushing rods complete with nuts and washers suitable for runs of 3.5 core LT UG cable with cable glands. (c) Oil conservator with filler type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Explosion vents. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (g) One No 100mm dia, dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0 to 120 degree centigrade.(h) Bachholz relay

Notes: (i) The quoted rates shall be inclusive of minor items such as lugs, nuts, bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves and provision of extra holes in bus bar as directed. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size FRLS cable confirimng to IS 694 of approved make. (iii) The drawing of panel shall be approved by Accepting officer before placing order. (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (v) Test certificate of panel board shall be submitted by contractor. (iv) The cable in panel shall be entered through gland.

Supplying and laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core, suitable for 11 KV earthed system confirming to IS 7098 Part - 2 for insulation and for conductors Class 2 to IS 8130 - 84, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work, cable cover protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply, Laying and connecting including testing XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and over all sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts cross sectional area 400 Sqmm single core grade, laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing or in any other situation complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately).

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing of any material and description, by trench less technology using ultra sound technique of boring by manual providing HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete, all as specified and as directed. Note:- Any damage of other property like sewage pipes, other cables , water pipes etc will be repaired/replaced under this item without extra cost. Department will not responsible of any damage.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing, 100mm bore, light grade, on poles/on walls/under floors/ road crossing as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note : Clamps. Nuts bolts, saddle etc will be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pin type porcelain vitreous white or brown or green insulator 11000 volt grade of 150mm dia, 150mm height including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nuts including dismantling and taking down old insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6.00mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 32x6 mm GI strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 40mm bore (medium grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) for watering and 40mm bore GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, cast iron cover and frame etc, complete, all as specified or indicated and as directed including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC. (iii) On testing after completion, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured for payment purposes.

Supply and laying of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover ,class HV, type-1 with peak, size 300X180X40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sub class ‘B’ bricks old sizes over the HT/LT cable laid flat with width equal to length of brick laid perpendicular to the cable for protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cross arms,bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape of size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of broken stone or boulders filling of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes or similar holes, each not.exceeding 0.5 cu mtr, getting out, in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel bolts, purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, dia of shank 5 to 10mm and length of bolt exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 4mm dia galvanised mild steel wire chain link fencing of mesh size 50 to 100mm, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained through BOO and same shall be convened by GE during execution of work.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. with and including MS binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips 10mm dia round bars confirming to Fe 500/550 D as in stiffeners to chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.
