REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT TO ROOF WATER TANKS, PLASTER, BRICK WORKS, PLUMBING, PVC PIPE, CLEANING OF WATER TANKS AND CERTAIN REPAIRS UNDER AOR OF AGE B/R - II OF GE (WEST) BAREILLY.

Amount

Removal of existing treatment and wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles and roofs to preparation of surface for applying in primer and bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm stone aggregate) as in, levelling course with to be finished even and fair without using extra cement on roof surface / chajja (thickness of concrete will be provided as per site requirement and as directed by engr-in-charge) roof kerbs, coping, benching etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick redering on fair faces of concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 Kg of cement and incl demolition of old plaster on concrete surface complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE:- WPC shall be measured and paid separatly)

Supply & providing water proofing treatment with polymeric standard water proofing membrane, Aquaflex having 10 years guarantee for water tightness all as specified and described as under:- (a) Preparation of RCC roof surface and applying one coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over a coat of polymeric primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm including cleaning surface, all as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed. (b) Supply & providing water proofing treatment with polymeric proofing membrane of 3Kg/Sqm HYPERPLAS STANDARD/MULTIPLAS STANDARD consting of 100micron HMHDPE film centre core including coating the surface with the bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and torch application of membrane with 10cm overlaps and longitudinal edges 15 cm at the ends as required thereof, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying two coat of Aluminium paint over a APP membrane surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Apply Third coats without dilution to achieve the forced system coverage of 2.32 sqm per liter on perviously painting surface with high quality. Allow it to dry for 4-6 hours before exterior emulation plaint (d) Apply two coats external emulsion of the painting surface. All it to dry 4-6 hours between coats.(Colour to be approved by GE) Note :- Executive as per manufacture instruction including scaffolding, trestles, ladders cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as directed by Engineer-in-chage. Make Asian Paint (Smart care Damp proof) or equivelent of BERGER/SHALIMAR/ASIAN

Demolition of brick or stone / boulder work built in cement mortar as in quoins, arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly-ash old size bricks having designation 75 conforming to IS-12894 (2002), straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan and any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Notes:- (a) Materials not included in sch of credit and debris from the dismantling having lowest value/Nil value shall be the property of department. The same shall be removed/ disposed or deposited by the contractor in MES stores yard of GE (West) Bareilly as directed for which no additional payment shall be made. The contracotor shall be fully responsible to safe guard these materials against losses/theft/deterioration etc till the same are deposited by him in MES Store yard (b) The contractor or his authorized representative shall attend office of AGE B/R for collection of complaints raised by user on regular basis and same has to be rectified /completed on requirement basis. If the contractors unable to rectify the complaints within stipulated time of 7 days (maximum), the penalty will be imposed to the contractor at the rate of Rs 500.00 per day for each complaint.
