Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above gd level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles (Ist quailty) 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile n. exc. 0.36 sqm laid in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for endura ceramic tiles (Ist quailty) of size 300mmx300mmx10mm thick laid in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey or coloured cement and pigment to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces as in skirting, dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 10mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:3) including necessary cutting as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for grubbing up tree trunk including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground exc 30 Cm and n.exc 100cm, digging out roots, filling holes and leveling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 admixed with integrated water proofing compound FOSROC complast x 421 IC @ 130ml per bag of cement including a bonding coat of FOSROC Nito bond AR cement slurry/STP No1 liquid @ 200ml per bag complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, sides of ruonded or chamfered on edges of sunken floor complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S&F for 32mm dia GI pipe 450mm long beveled cut a both ends by making hole in wall sunken portion approx above the RCC slab and ceiling finished the hole with cement plaster 1:2 to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Dismantling boarding, any description & fixed in any position all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down steel water tubes of size 15mm bore and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra over rates of block board or veneered particle board for external teak wood lipping 6mm thick fixed with nail on 25mm thick board etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing for 35mm thick factory made plain framed panelled shutters (two number of panels) of 2nd class hard wood with lock rail and panel inserts of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply, the size of rails and styles as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supplying & fixing for glazed and skeleton shutter, 35mm thick of 2nd class hard wood open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc., without sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. sizes of members as specified in clause 8.24 (a) of MES Schedule (Part-I), and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing for aluminium frame ISI marked powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors,window,ventilators with one or more rebates aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for aluminium anodised door shutter powder coated side hung type without shash bars, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing,handles2 No's in each door,hinges anodised aluminium snap beading,screws etc . complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing aluminium anodised windows and ventilators shutter powder coated side hung type without shash bars, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing,anodised aluminium fitting such as peg stay 150mm long (1No), hinge type B-21 100mm long (2No) suitable handle (1No) etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
