Evolving Planning, Hydraulic & Structural Design, Site development, Construction, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Upgradation of existing STPs with tertiary treatment based on constructed wetland technology, multigrade filter including autoclorination disinfection unit in RCC construction which should be capable of treating secondary effulent of characteristics as mention as below. The characteristics of treated/disposable effulant should comply with the revised standards given below. The Design Mehodology should be based on CPHEEO manual guidelines and clearity indicate proper authentic reference, design constant & kinetic equation involved in the procss of design calculations duly vetted from IIT/PEC. To operate, repair & maintain all civil works for teriary treatment in the shape of constructed wetland under sewerage system Dharamshal Town cinsisting of one no. Tertiary treatment sewage plant (Full capacity) at Dharamshala for the period of three years in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge. The O&M of constructed wetland shall be carried strictly as per the provsions made in the latest Manual on Sewerage & Seweage treatment systems issued by CPHEEO (Eddition 2013) firm should do comply the stringent effluent standards laid down by HP Pollution Control Board.
