Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work, blasting work in soft/hard rock, chiselling in soft/hard rock including wedging out upto all lift, stacking the excavated soil upto all lead clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when requaired into plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth upto all lead and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand: 6 graded crushed stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:-

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete. as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lift.

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses from top of foundation upto two level all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

In flat surfaces with such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc upto200mm thickness
