Providing V shaped groove for a depth of 20 mm and width of 20 mm using mechanical cutters along the line of cracks and cleaning the grooves to facilitate crack treatment and epoxy grouting. The rate is inclusive of labour, machine rent etc, but excluding cost of electricity, which is to be available free of cost near the work area

Drilling 10 mm dia holes along the V grooves at 100 mm linear spacing for a depth of 50 mm fixing 10 mm dia pvc hose to facilitate epoxy injection, application of fosroc nitomortar FC along the grooves filling and finishing the grooves to make the surface to the original level. The rate is inclusive of labour, machine rent etc, but excluding cost of electricity, which is to be available free of cost near the work area

Providing injecting grouting using Fosroc conbextra EP 10 LV High strength low viscons epoxy injection resin grout through the prefixed PVC hose using using a hand pump to fill the cracks with epoxy grout.The rate is inclusive of labour, consumable, machine rent etc, but excluding cost of electricity, which is to be available free of cost near the work area

Providing cement mortar coving along the junction of wall and slab corners by fixing fibre glass mesh for a width of 150 mm along the corner over the slurry coat of Nitonond SBR Latex mixed with neat cement slurry @1:3:3 (SBR:cement:water) immediately over the mesh, coving is made with polymer modified cementations mortar1:3 mixed with Fosroc Nitobond SBR Latex @ 3 ltr/bag of cement

Providing and applying one coat of Fosroc Nitoproof 600 PF hydrocarbon free liquid applied elastomeric one coat waterproofing membrane having an elongation of 500-700 % to RCC surface followed by application of second coat at right angle to the direction of first coat second coat shall be applied after the first coat get dry. Sprinkle fine agrigate immediately after the application of second coat to get the mechanical key for the protective screed. Allow the Nitoproof 600 PF membrane to self cure for minimum 3 days. The materials will given a tensile strength of 1.9 N/mm2 in 28 days confirms to ASTM –D412- 90 tear resistance of 21 KN/m confirms to ASTM D 624-00,water permeability to 0 confirms to DIN 1048 and the material is unaffected by mild acid, alkalies and water borne salt and does not biodegrade. Work shall be executed by fosroc authorized applicator strictly following the instructions as per Fosroc specifications

15.56 Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

14.72 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story hight made with 40 mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staricase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note:- This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done .
