1. Consultancy services for Soil investigantion Tender for the following 3 works:- (A) Construction of High Security wall at INAZ village, Veraval under GE (I) CG Porbandar :- (i) Drilling 100 mm diameter bore hole upto 6 metre depth in any type of soil strata,collecting disturbed and undisturbed soil samples and performing SPT test at 1 metre interval,lab tests including triaxial test,direct shear test liquid,plastic limit and 10 supply man power and machinery and submission of 3 copies of the report with spiral binding. [Qty- 6 Nos] Location: INAZ Village, Verval. (B) Provision of certain special items for martime acquatic water training facility and other allied structure at ICGS Okha under GE (I) CG Porbandar (Swimming Pool Complex) :- (i) Moblization of equipment for Carrying out soil investigation by drilling bore hole 100mm/150mm diameter bore hole upto 6 meters and 10 meters depth below existing original ground level collecting disturbed and undisturbed soil samples and submission of soil investigation report with all parameters as per relevant IS's with following tests in quadriplicate: (a) Field Dry Density Moisture Contents in accordance of IS:2720 (Part-2-1983) (b) Atterberg's Limits in accordance of IS-2720 (part-5-1985) (c) Particle size distribution in accordance of IS:2720(Part-4) (d) Specific Gravity in accordance of IS:2720 (Part-3 ,Sec-1) (e) Differential Free Swell test in accordance of IS : 2720 (Part-40) (f) Uniaxila Compressive strength in accordance of IS:2720 (Part-10) Contd.....2/-

(g) SPT value at every 0.50m internals or change of strata in accordance with IS:2131-1981 (h) SBC based on RMR value in accordance of IS:12070 (i) Depth of water table(Maximum/Minimum). (j) Depth of expansive soils and its properties,if any. (k) Value of cohesion and angle of internal friction. (l) The depth of bore hole to be taken upto 6m and 10m from original GL. (m) Recommendation for filling under floors and filling under protection including plinth protection. (n) Soil Characteristics. (o) Chemical analysis of soil and recommendation and Type of cement to be used for RCC foundation Details of soil profile and bore logs. (p) Recommended SBC at different depth of foundation. (q) Photographic record of testing of bore hole. (r) Any other recommendations.
