Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonary, built in cement/lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete on any description and in any position not otherwise specificially proveded and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out Hard Rock in all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concretre M-30 design mix (20 mm graded aggregate) for foundation, including rafts, footings, foundatioin beams: plinth beams, bases for columns, etc: bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concretre M-30 design mix (20 mm graded aggregate) for Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness, above top of footings: including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings bases of clumns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation all as specifed and directed.

M&L for removing excaveted material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at al level n exc 1.5 m aboe the starting point in rocks complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, on concrete surfaces while concrete surface is geen on roof, finishing even and smooth wihout using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes: framed guard bars; barred iron dorrs; ladders' framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tranks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of Walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of new or previously un treated steel and iron surfaces over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide or zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bar 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
