i) Hire & labour charges of temporary waterproof, fireproof pandal with salbollah post with bamboo runner, with waterproof tarpaulin cover on roof of the pandal, coloured cloth ceiling underneath the shed & cloth walling in between different level of the ceiling height, jhalore at edges of the pandal etc. all complete as per departmental direction. Requirement: 6,650 sq.ft. ii) Designed coloured cloth ceiling for the main stage including flower decoration as per direction. Requirement: 1,200 sq.ft. iii) Backdrop of the main stage, frontage, sides and facia, of the Pandal made with decorative frilled cloth / hesian cloth on wooden pattern frame with wings, screen etc. Requirement: 1,000 sq.ft. iv) Hire & labour charges for laying of woolen / synthetic carpet on dais, VIP passages and at mela ground wherever necessary. Requirement: 5,000 sq.ft. v) Requirement of Furnitures:- a) VIP Chairs – 30 nos. b) Sofa - 20 nos. c) Lecture Table / Podium – 1 no. d) Plastic Chairs – 600 nos. e) Table with cloth/frilled on dais and other places – 10 nos. f) Centre Table – 10 nos. g) full size Almirah – 3 nos. h) Office Table – 3 nos. i) Name Plate – 10 nos. j) VVIP Chairs (for one day only) – 20 nos. k) Full size dressing table -10 nos. l) Name stickers – 30 nos. m) Chair – Each Stall 4 Nos. and Each Pavilion 8 Nos., Stage arena – 1000 Nos.
