Dismantling stone slab roofing over wooden karries and battens (dismantling karries and battens to be paid for separately) including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meter lead:

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish :20mm thick.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by scrapping sand papering and preparing surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches by sandla/loi and all scaffolding (for colour changing only)

Providing and applying white cement based putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete Old Plastered Surface (two or more coats)

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding :Two or more coats on new work including prepartion of base with primer, putty, lippy etc complete in all respect.

Dismantling doors, windows and clearstory windows steel or wood shutter including chowkhats and holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead: Of area 3 square meter and below.
