REPLACEMENT OF TRANSFORMER AND VOLTAGE STABILIZERS AGAINST BER EQPT AT RAMPUR UNDER GE 969 EWS

Supply and installation of copper wound transformer step up/ step down, indoor/outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS:2026 of capacity upto 100 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE,armoured, Al conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft loose soil including cutting road surfaces n.exc 1.5 mtrs wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr. in deep for foundation of poles, stays, cables pipe etc and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, of excavated soil in trenches incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers each layers n.exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal surplus spoil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread river sand to required width at bottom and top for cable cushioning all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR part – I (Note :- thickness of sand will be measured after punning)

Supply and lay common burnt bricks of sub class B old size laid at right angle on the cable complete in trenches for cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion using galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead, complete all as specified and as directed.
