REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED/RUSTED LT/HT POLE, INSTALLATION OF 250 KVA ADDITIONAL, CAPACITY INCREASING OF DISTRIBUTION T/f 63-100 KVA, 100-250 KVA AND CONSTRUCTION AND STRENGHTNING OF 11 KV U/g LINE AT DIFFERENT SUBSTATIONS UNDER EUDD-BAMRAULI

Replacement of Damaged Pole (Rail,Joist,PCC) of 11 KV line by Errection of 11/9 M Long ST Pole including fixing of as per site requirement as necessary Channels, clamps, angle, Danger Board, G.I.Barbed wire and HT insulator,Nut & Bolts etc (All materials will be arranged by the conctractor except 11/9 m ST Pole) including dismantling work of existing Damaged pole and it relatated work as safe Dismentaling of Existing HT KV Line Overhead/Hangging XPLE/ABC Cable and after Erection of New pole all dismantled Line and Ultility as Steet lite and other existing thing Fixed on new Pole.

Replacement of Damaged Pole (Rail,Joist,PCC) of LT KV line by Errection of 9 M Long ST Pole including fixing of as per site requirement as necessary Channels, clamps, angle, channel and LT nsulator,Nut & Bolts etc (All materials will be arranged by the conctractor except 11 m ST Pole) including dismantling work of existing Damaged pole and it relatated work as safe Dismentaling of Existing LT KV Line Overhead/ABC Cable and after Erection of New pole all dismantled Line and Ultility as Steet lite and other existing thing Fixed on new Pole.

Errection & grouting of stay rod with cement, sand and bricks ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and fasteniong the stay wire with pole and stay rod nozzling (All require materials with Stay rod 16X1800mm, Stay wire7/10 swg, 5 KG, Stay clamp,Loop Insulator Bolt & nut will be arranged by the conctractor except Stay Rod and Stay Wire}

Grouting of ST/PCCPole, grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr.with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plingth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth should be done properly .(as per RESSPO) All material provied by contractor.

Earthing of support (11 m pole) complete with the help of M.S. rod 20 mm dia and 2.54 mtr. long, fastening of G.I. wire with clamps/X-arm/support to M.S. earth rod. As per Resspo and Electrical safety rules.(All Material Provided by Contractor except earthing road and GI Wire.

Painting of ST Pole and Channel & Clamps ( double coad red oxide and double coat Alluminium paints. Painting materials provided by contrctor.)
