Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for sewage line, etc. for shafts, wells, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in soil in trenches including spreading, levelling and watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material soil to a distance exc 250m but not exc 500 M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm dia RCC Hume pipe, class NP-2, ISI marked laid and jointed in trenches etc with collars including demolition and breaking up existing drain pipes 150m dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or Rein-forced concrete) set in cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed in cement concrete 1:4:8 Mix, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are tested for 150 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200 mm dia RCC Hume pipe, class NP-2, ISI marked laid and jointed in trenches etc with collars including demolition and breaking up existing drain pipes 150m dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or Rein-forced concrete) set in cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed in cement concrete 1:4:8 Mix, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are tested for NP-2 Pipe for 200 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing pre-cast cement concrete, 1:2:4mix, type B1 with using 20 mm grade stone aggregate, set in CM 1:6 as in cover slab (manhole)/ open drain etc., with plain faces all as specified and directed including demolition of old U/s precast manhole cover/slab complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 8 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape require, including cranking bending and binding with and including mild wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sewage lines cleaning of size 150/200mm and over including maneholes through chassis mounded diesel run vehicle mounded hydraulic operated high preassure suction per cum jetting sewage cleaning machine capacity including skilled operator supervising Engineer for cleaning/ partial desilting of manholes and sewer line as guide lines laid in IS-11972 (1987) and complete cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of blockage from gully trap/ Nahni trap/ WC etc including removing and refixing the grating in same position with cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning and de-silting/ taking out deposited sludge's or other solid deposits from the septic tanks/ central sewage plant/MH/Sewage line, using suitable super sucker machine and removing sludge's to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out soil and foreign article settled in bed of drains including removing grass, small bushes, shrubs, mud, foreign article etc and removing the materials to a distance exc 50m but n.exc. 100m and burried into ground complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement morter or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B brick old size straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concete 1:2:4 mix, type B-1 (using 20 mm grade aggregate) as in copings (drain) including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC in 1:3:6 Nix, type C2 (using 40mm graded agg) as in Cement concrete in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 Mix, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in 75mm thick flooring finished surfaces even and rough to receive the flooring etc without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base/ Plinth Protection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/floor all as complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) bends any length any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) bends any length any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm PVC (SWR) branch piece double (double Y) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (including fixing bolts and flush pipe, P trap) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous China squatting pan, 'Orissa' pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and including flush pipe, P trap) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and colour pigment , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation in layers, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles, with grey cement and pigment of size 30cm x30cm x25mm thick set and jointed and pointed in neat in grey cement slurry with pigment in floors over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 bedded and jointed complete all as specified & directed.

Note for all items :- If any item gets repeated in this schedule, the lowest rate quoted for those same items by the L-1 bidder shall be considered for payment and decision of Accepting Officer i.e. GE(AF) Baroda in this regard shall be final and binding.
