15th FCG ADP Untied/2022-23 (1st Instalment)

Earth work excavation Ordinary soils-Mechcanical Means-Upto 3 m depth for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH. etc complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work

Supply and filling with Crusher Stone Dust complying with standard specifications including cost and conveyance of Crusher Stone Dust to site to work labour charges watering tamping, ramming etc complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

Laying Cement concrete (1:4:8) using 40mm nominal size HBG metal M/C including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry, machine mixing, vibrating, laying, levelling, ramming, curing and labour charges etc complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations using 20 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH. (Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6) etc complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work

Plastering with CM (1:3), 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and water to work site and all operational incidental, labour charges such as scaffolding, mixing mortar lift charges curing etc complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work

RCC M- 20 design mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, including centering, shuttering. etc complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) bars (Fe 415 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work

Carting away the surplus excavated earth from the work site with a extra lead of 1 KM beyond initial lead including loading unloading and Conveyance but excluding staking charges etc complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work
