The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed 90% of work as a prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work costing not less than 50 percent of the amount put to tender. 67.75 Lakhs during last 5 financial years to qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period. i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 (Additional Weightage at 10% each year will be given for cost of work) Note: Similar work means Consultancy services for topographical survey, Investigation, excavation for trial pits including detailed engineering, preparation of designs, drawings, estimates, and DTP including preparation of necessary land acquisition proposals for canal network Total 5marks
To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer Shall have successfully completed Consultancy services for topographical survey, Investigation, excavation for trial pits including detailed engineering, preparation of designs, drawings, estimates, and DTP including preparation of necessary land acquisition proposals for canal network. approximate area of 6712Ha. in any year during last five years. i.e., 2021-22, to 2025-26, Executed in any one financial year for the following minimum quantities of work usally 80% of the annual requirement. the bidder should have executed an approximate area of 6712 Ha (0.8X8390) of canal network the necessary work done certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Equivalent officer of the concerned division Total 10 marks

Description of Methodology The approach and methodology shall clearly define the Consultants approach to complete the assignment within the time frame Fair is equal to 18 marks Good is equal to 19 marks Best is equal to 20 marks
Technical Requirements The bidder should have the following survey equipment or Licensed software for carrying out the assignment.1.The Dual Frequency DGPS with RTK and all required accessories 2 Nos. 2.The Electronic Total station having angular least count of 1 and accuracy of 5both for Hz and Vz distance measurement accuracy of 1mm sum1.5mm, with all the necessary accessories 5Nos.3. Midas Civil NX Advanced version.4. Bentley Structural work suite STAAD PRO.5. Autodesk Civil 3D 2024 or above 2 Nos6. Irricad, ETABS , SAFE SAP 7.Must owned NABL accredited fully operational Laboratory 8. All necessary vehicles for carrying out the survey work Note The intending bidder should have availability of the above equipment software must owned Total 10 marks

Detailed survey by using LiDAR / total station survey equipment, investigation for fixing up of the techno economical alignment of Distributary network with Laterals / Sub laterals including examining all the possible alternatives, submission of alignment proposal along with plan, L section, drawings, transferring the approved alignment on ground including fixing up of apex points, etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.( For Detailed Specification refer attached Schedule-B)
Taking block levels at 30 m intervals along approved alignment of Distributary network including Sub Distributary, Laterals, Sub Laterals etc., at 5 m interval for 20 mtr on either side of alignment and taking block levels at CD locations including longitudinal and cross sectional levels for minimum of 100 m length etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.( For Detailed Specification refer attached Schedule-B)
Taking the trial pit for roads, alignment, C.D. Works in earth soil of all sorts, sands gravel or soft murum, including stacking the excavated material including all lifts and necessary back filling upto depth 1.5 m as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Taking the trial pit for roads, alignment, C.D. Works in Hard murum, and Boulders including stacking the excavated material including all lifts and necessary back filling upto depth 3.0 m as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Preparation and submission of C-plan (5 sets), Cut off statement for Main Canal and its Distributary network including Sub Distributary, Laterals, Sub Laterals including soft copies in editable format without delinking data etc. complete as directed by the by Engineer-in-Charge.
Preparation and submission of designs, drawings and kilometer wise estimates 5 Sets as per approved designs for Distributary network including structures along with soft copies in editable format without delinking data etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
Preparation and submission of package estimate (5 Sets) based on Kilometer wise estimates for main canal including soft copies in editable format without delinking data etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Preparation and submission of Draft Tender Papers (5 Sets) as per KBJNL norms in required number of sets for Main Canal and its Distributary network including soft copies in editable format without delinking data as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
Preparation and submission of village wise land acquisition proposals for Canal network including procuring revenue survey maps and record of rights, Akarband, from revenue authorities and submission of LAQ proposals in standard formats duly marking the approved alignment on revenue survey maps,etc as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge., with 3 sets of hard copies and one soft copy comprising of all details.( For Detailed Specification refer attached Schedule-B)
Fixing chainage Stone /Bench mark Stone / Center Stone / Apex Stone in earth and all sorts of soil and soft murum including conveying excavated material,fixing stone, including paintaining lettering numbers and back filling etc.complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
Providing and fixing 200 x 200 x 750 mm size pemanent bench mark stone in 900 x 900 x 1200 mm size block of CC 1 in 3 in 6 proportion by volume using 40 mm down clean, hard, graded aggregates and providing 350 mm thick 300 mm high protective wall of UCR masonry in CM 1 in 5 proportion by volume alround BM stone, etc complete as directed by the EngineerinCharge.( For Detailed Specification refer attached Schedule B)
