RequiredThe Bidder should have a minimum experience of 05 years in manufacture & supply of same type of of Cartridge assembly for HFO pump (Model No: DH600-1600-2SJ) for 500 MW and higher capacity Thermal Power Stations prior to the date of submission of the bid.
RequiredThe Bidder shall submit Performance certificate(s) issued by the Station head of the Thermal power stations, confirming that the supplied Cartridge assembly for HFO pump (Model No: DH600-1600-2SJ) served the Guarantee Period, as stipulated in their Purchase order and its performance is found to be satisfactory?.
RequiredThe Bidder must possess all the required manufacturing, proper heat treatment and testing facilities as per the relevant IS codes and documentary proof shall be enclosed.
RequiredAll the Cartridge assembly for HFO pump (Model No: DH600-1600-2SJ) supplied to KTPS-VI Stage should be one to one replacement and Interchangeability certificate to be produced along with the material.
RequiredAll Cartridge assembly for HFO pump (Model No: DH600-1600-2SJ) supplied should be given a guaranty period of 18 Months from Supply or 12 Months from the Installation, whichever is earlier.
RequiredThe bidder must be capable to supply indented Cartridge assembly for HFO pump (Model No: DH600-1600-2SJ) within a short period from the date of approval of QAP/drgs.
RequiredTGGENCO reserves the rights to reject, if the Bidder who have previously supplied to TGGENCO/APGENCO or any other thermal power stations in India and their performance is found to be not satisfactory.
RequiredAcceptance of commercial terms and upload duly filled certificate.
RequiredGST registration certificate
RequiredHSN codes of the materials (6 to 8 digits) and GST rates of the offered material.
RequiredThe bidder must up load the EMD payment details i.e., scanned copy of DD or online transaction receipt.
RequiredBidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification enclosed can only be considered.
RequiredBidders with poor performance in executing the previous purchase orders /bidders who have executed partial supplies during the delivery period/bidders who have not supplied the material even after several notices/bidders who supplied the material lately and suffered the works/bidders whose supplies failed during guarantee performance period/black listed firms are not eligible for quoting
