Manning & operation of the swimming pool installation at Darjipura with employment of two FGM/Electrician per day for two shift ie 01 person in first shift with one FGM for IInd shift (Ist shift from 0600 h to 1400h and 2nd shift from 1400h to 2200h) all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

The swimming pool consisting of the following items :-

Centrifugal pump set with starter capacity 16 LPS - 03 Nos. make - Kirloskar.

Quartz Media filter capacity 60000 Litr/Hr - 02 Nos.

Ionizer unit with copper and silver electrode - 01 No.

Control panel of ionizer unit.

Main incoming LT panel - 01 No.

Bleaching and alum dozer - 02 Nos.

Building with internal electrification and accessories and surrounding areas.

UG sump of capacity 50000 Ltrs - 01 No.

Pool cleaner with PVC flexible pipe and 40 M rope - 01 No.

Manning & operation for water supply main pump house at Darjipura installations with one FGM operater in each shift round the clock,24 hours(i.e three shift per day) including sundays & Gazette holidays for operation of pump set and diesel Engine (stand by) including operation of connected valves, maintain equipment in perfect conditions, maintaining proper timing of distribution of water supply, maintaining proper condition of equipments, cleaning of installation and surrounding areas complete all as specified and directed. pump house and consisting of the following:-

Centrifugal pump type DB 80/20 (Make Kirloskar ),2900 RPM, motor- 50HP capacity - 01 Nos.

Centrifugal pump type DB 80/20 (Make Kirloskar ),2900 RPM, motor- 40HP capacity - 02 Nos.

Centrifugal pump type DB 80/20 (Make Kirloskar ),2900 RPM, motor- 25HP capacity - 02 Nos.(for MAP)

Electrical panel board consisting of following (2 Nos):-

Oil immersed starter 50 HP make jyoti- 05 Nos.

Standby diesel engine generator set Capacity 30 KVA, 1500 RPM , 84 BHP complete with panel board, battery 180 AH and battery charger - 01 No.

Standby diesel engine generator set Capacity 35 KVA, 1500 RPM complete with panel board, battery 180 AH and battery charger - 01 No.(for MAP)

Chloronome plant pressure feed, 200 Gms/Hr( Make:- Sweta) - 01 Nos.

Pump house bldg including connected accessories, internal wiring, sluice valves, pipe lines etc.

Manning & operation of the Central sewage plant (Old STP) at Darjipura with employment of Two (02 Nos) FGM per day for two shift ie 01 person in first shift with one FGM for and IInd shift (Ist shift from 0800 h to 1600h and 2nd shift from 1600h to 2400h ) complete all as specified and directed.

The central sewage plant consisting of the following machineries Cenrifugal non clog pump motor set of capacity 7.5 HP-02 Nos

Centrifugal pump set with starter capacity 16 LPS - 03 Nos. make - Kirloskar.

Transformer of 63 KVA Capacity - 01 No.

Submersible pump set with starter of capacity 7 HP -02 Nos

Submersible pump set with starter of capacity 3/4 HP -02 Nos

Submersible pump set (Aerator) with starter of capacity 7 HP -02 Nos

Standby DG set Capacity 30 KVA, - 01 No.

Main incoming LT panel with MCCBs - 03 No.

Staff (all trade) will always remain on duty duly wearing uniform and shall maintain the connected documents such as log book, Attendence register(Centralized attendance register duly signed by Engineer-in-Charge/ JE/Contractor) , installation running record book in a printed form, water sample maintained book etc and checking daily by Engr-In-Charge.

Contractor shall provide the T & P (Spanner set) to tradesman and also provide the log sheet, Plant running book, clothing etc and all records shall be maintained properly.

Bore well installation and surrounding complex should be kept clean and tidy in presentable look, cutting the grasses in and around the installation as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, otherwise a recovery at the double the market rate shall be charged if the installation and its complex are not kept clean all the times.

Negligence of duty during manning and operations, maintaining of records shall be taken seriously and compensation shall be made as per contract procedures.

Contractor shall ensure that no worker shall be deployed continuously more than 48 hrs in a week.

The shift staff may be detailed for any other works as required by AGE E/M and JE E/M.

FGM/AC operator shall be ITI pass or minimum matriculate with three years experience in the trade from recognized government institution. Necessary qualification details shall be submitted by the contractor within one month from the date of acceptance.

Contractor shall provide life insurance of min Rs 1 Lakh to all the employed manpower & copy of life insurance shall be deposited with department within one month of acceptance.

No one be absent on duty, if anyone found absent a recovery at the double the quoted rate shall be levied .

Staff shall remain on duty and will not leave installation without Staff. Staff shall leave the duty with releiver and proper handing/taking over is signed.

Tradesmen shall take preventive measure and shall use protective clothing as per code of practice of IE rules and deptt will not be responsible for any type of untowards incidents.

Each shift of one trade man is for 8 hours.

Log Sheet/Log Book of Plant running and running of AC plant, handing/taking over register atttendence register, will be maintained in proper form and duly binded will be issued in printed form by the contractor. All the documents shall be kept in the Sub Station and produced to GE/Vigilance Officer/Higher authorities during visit to installation.

Tradesman shall carryout normal maintenance of Plant such as cleaning of plant/pipes/ducts, parts etc.

All the above documents shall be produced to the dept (Sub Div/GE Office) at the time of claiming payments of RARs which is of mandatory requirement.

All the trades man payment details i.e., Proof of payment in the Bank, Proof of EPF, ESI and BONUS payments and attendence register and log book, Insurance certificate duly signed by all concerned shall be submitted along with RAR/MB and No payments shall be entertained by the department in the absence of the above said documents. .

Electrician/FGM shall operates the Pool cleaner in water Pool and shall do normal daily maintenance/cleaning the pool water with necessary T & P.

The contractor shall ensure that the operator uses the chemicals properly and checks the water quality regularly as per SOP as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

He shall ensure the normal maintenance of DG set/Flood pump like check of water level in radiators, fuel level in diesel tank, cleaning of DG set/Flood pump, cleaning of surrounding area, check of lubricant oil, checking of all spares, checking of output supply from alternator, checking of battery termination and charging the battery.

The contractor shall ensure that the battery is always fully charged, DHPP(N) always balanced in the tank so that the DG set/Flood pump start without delay in the case of breakdown of supply.

The trademen shall use Chemicals carefully for maintained the water quality, checking TDS & records maintained properly.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART -II

Cleaning of quartz media filter capacity of 60000 Ltr/Hrs including opening and packing of existing filter and cleaning of media complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Calcium Hypochlorite Granular (65-70% ) for chlorination of swimming Pool, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed..

Supply only alum for filtration of water of swimming Pool , confirming to the relevent ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for copper sulphate for pool water, confirming to the relevent ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hydro chloric acid LR type suitable for swimming pool water complete all as specified and directd.

M & L Nylon rope for Pool cleaner size of 20 mm dia, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed..

S & F Suction/ delivery pipe (heavy duty) of size 50 mm dia for Pool cleaner, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and fix in repairs fiber brush for suction sweeper of suitable size as per site for cleaning of swimming pool complete all as specified and directed . Make-: UV Rich or equivalent.make approved by GE

Supply and fixing in repair of suction sweeper brush trolly with four wheel at corners, suitable arrangement for fixing of sweeper brush by means of nut bolts and rings etc for cleaning of swimming pool floor bymeans of suction motor complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve for water supply purpose with CI drilled flanged ends (internal cast 80 mm bore class PN 1.6 conforming to IS 780 marked) with stainless steel spindle and iron wheel incl jointing material compete such as rubber packing of adequate size and requisite number of nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified. Make:- KIRLOSKAR/LEADER/AUDCO

Supply net with frame and handle structure ISI marked complete for picking up floating leaves and small insects complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cleaning of water by means of muratic acid or PH booster to maintain the PH of water at desired level and by using chlorine or whatever is required to maintain the pool water upto the approval of user and MES requirement of quality of water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation/cleaning of old painted steel surfaces of any description such as suction line, delivery line, priming line, valves and Quartz sand filter complete with scraping out old painted surface and after that marking of flow direction along with two coats of synthetic enamel painting complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in repair of pressure guage, range 0-100 PSI SS bourdon type 4", bottom connection 1/4" or 3/8" BSP(M) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing and servicing of leakages/blockage at flanges at various joints such as near pressure guage, motor, pipes and at various location inside Swimming pool plant premises by means of opening from joint and replacing flanges of required size and length complete with teflon tape and other accessories complete clearing of leakage all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: (i) Complete clearing of leakage at various locations of plant shall be considered under one job. (ii) Any spares other then flanges or teflon tape/ packings/gaskets etc shall be measured and paid under respective item.

Supply and fix in replacement of CI foot valve ISI marked of size 80 mm dia for under ground sump suction CI/ GI line including nipple of suitable size, welding, connection and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting unbolting and taking out existing monoblock pump set of 7.5 HP capacity, electric driven 3 phase 415volt including Re-fixing in the same position after repair with necessary screw and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of 7.5 HP centrifugal pump (Motor) 3 phase 415 volt with super enamelled copper rewinding wire of suitable size/gauge and providing insulation including taking out the existing winding, varnishing, heating, testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of following parts for existing centrifugal pump set electric driven 3 phase 415 volt 7.5 HP having discharge 60000 LPH.

Pump bearing Make : SKF/UBC/TATA/FAG/ NBC

CI impellar suitable for existing pump set.

S & F for Butterfly Valve of 50mm Dia pipe PVC Type , both side flanged , madeup of HDPE material with handle as per exesisting type suitable for use on suction pipe of 50mm dia incl jointing material compete such as rubber packing of adequate size and requisite number of nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified. Make:- SANT/BIR/KIRLOSKAR/VINUS or equivalent make.

S & F filter element unit as per existing model and size of filter unit complete all as specified and directed.
