Material and Labour for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (square or rectangular) polished area of each tile exc 0.42 sqm and not exc. 1.00 sqm in floor and shall be jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in paste pigmented to tile shade etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for machine cut polished kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20 mm thick over cement screed bed laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete as in steps and stair case not more than one piece to stair case etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for machine cut polished kota stone slab flooring 12 to 16 mm thick over cement screed bed laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete as in skirting not more than one piece to stair case etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rounding to edges of stone slab one edge , such as in steps, cooking paltforms, and similar situations etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for heavy duty designer paver tiles, 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed with neat cement slurry in floors fixed with white cement and pigments etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Colour and pattern and size to be approved by GE).

Material and Labour for chip and remove all damaged and de bonded concrete and plaster from the RCC slabs by manually or mechanically so as to expose the corroded reinforcement bars, removing the debris with in a lido of 100 meters etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for supply and application of Nitobond EP (Manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals India Ltd) epoxy bonding agent over the old concrete surface complete all as specified and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for supply and application of rust remover/converter (Rebaklense RR of M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd.) or Amandur ,(manufactured by GK technocom) over the corroded reinforcement bar where ever micro concreting is required and cleaning the same after application complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for plastering with Nitobond SBR (Styrene butadin polymer bonding agent cum cement mortar/concrete modifier Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) modified cement mortar (1:4) under the slab to an average thickness of 40 mm (applied in two layers not exceeding 20mm each) , including the cost of all materials rent of tools and labour charges etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on walls including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4) mixed with water proofing compound) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately) .

Material and Labour for plastering in CM 1:6, 10 mm thick on walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc. 1.5 Sqm and not exc 4.00 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the V grooves on the terrace slab where ever cracks are observed and fill the grooves with Fosrocs heavy duty non shrink grout Convextra GP2 , coving all the 90 degree angles , slab/wall junctions with Conbextra GP2 all as per manufacturer's instruction etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for providing a levelling course of cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4, using 12.50 mm stone aggregate, 40 mm thick maintains a slope towards the drain water pipes by adding a water proof admixture @ 250 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Admixture shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and Labour for rendering with CM 1:3, 10 mm thick mixed with water proofing admixture of Fosroc/Pidilite or equivalent , all as specified and directed. Note:-Admixture shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and Labour for applying oil based bitumen primer @ 0.25 kg/sqm, providing and laying 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4kg/sqm having softening point not less than 140 degrees C, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/Sqcm, tearing strength of 180 N by torch application including min 10 cm side over lap and 15cm end lap, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 over membrane @ 1.2 kg/sqm and finishing the surface with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 10 Kg /Sqm etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for chipping off the disintegrated concrete of sunken slabs and sides and clean the area with wire brush and coir brush . Seal the disturbed area with polymer modified mortar using Fosrocs admixture nitobond SBR latex or equilant. Coving has to be done at all the corners with polymer modified mortar using Fosrocs Nitobond SBR latex or equilant. Seal all the plumbing lines sand holes with Fosrocs non shrink grout Conbextra GP2 or equilant. keep the water on sunken tanks and floors for 24 hrs for observing the leakagesand to ensure water tightness.Pressure grouting has to be done at all the damaged areas/ joints with Fosrocs admixture Cabex 100 or equilant. Water proof the area with Fosrocs Acryalic polymer modified water proofing coating,Brush bond RFX or equilant in two coats etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for plastering (10 mm thick in cm 1:3 mixed with water proofing Compound)the surface and providing a spout with sufficient slope,applying a coat of bituminious primer on the surface @.20 kg/Sqm,laying 4mm thick,APP modified membrane water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.0 kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester mat weighing not less than 160 g/sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree centigrade longitudinal tensile strength not less than 800 N/5 cm, tearing strength of 180 N on the surface with 10 cm minium overlap ,Sealing the joints of the membrane using LPG torch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.(spout will be measured and paid seperately).

Supply and fix shower rose 125 mm size with 300 mm long arm chromium plated with swivel joints suitable for fixing to 15mm pipe or union including taking down old shower rose, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Internal Electric Supply:-Taking down copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN DBs/ Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium Sub main wiring of any size from surface/concealed /existing conduit of any height and removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.
