SCHEDULE `A' PART-I (RENOVATION OF PASSAGE)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricksof class designation 7.5 in fdn and plinth in cm 1:4

Supply and stacking at site 90 mm to 45 mm size stone agg

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 gradedstone agg 40 mm nominal size excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level

Chequrered precast cement concert tiles 22 mm thick in foot path & court yard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, incl rubbing & cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of CM 1:4 dark shade pigment using cement.

Structured steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built-up sections, trusses and framed work, incl cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer aall complete.

Fixing only pre coated galvanized iron profile sheets 0.50 mm total coated thickness with zinc coated 120 gms/ Sqm as per IS 277,in 240 mpasteel grades 5.7 micron epoxy primer on both side, complete work.
