CONSTRUCTION OF 1 NO OF PUBLIC TOILET AND RENOVATION OF EXISTING TOILET IN HWBF COLONY CISF BARRACK UNDER THE SCHEME OF SWACHH BHARAT ABHIYAN FOR THE YEAR 2023-24.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors / foundation , including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate) with 40 mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality in foundations, plinth, under floors and all kinds of maintenance work including ramming, leveling, curing, from work wherever necessary etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4( 1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate) with 20mm / 10mm / 6mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality in foundations,plinth,and under floor including ramming,leveling,curing,formwork wherever necessary etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Brick work with non modular fly ash lime bricks (FALG Bricks) conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure in cement mortar 1:6 including cost of scaffolding, raking of joints, curing etc. all complete at all levels as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Brick work with modular extruded brunt fly ash clay sewer bricks (Conforming to IS: 4885 ) in foundation and plinth Cement Mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including cost of scaffolding, raking of joints, curing etc. all complete at all levels as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing nominal cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and applying 12mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 fine sand ) proportion over brick masonry walls and concrete surfaces at all heights,including racking of joints,hacking of concrete surfaces, curing,scaffolding,providing grooves,neeru finishing etc. all complete as per drawings,specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and applying 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) proportion over brick masonry walls and concrete surfaces at all heights,including racking of joints,hacking of concrete surfaces, curing,scaffolding,providing grooves,neeru finishing etc. all complete as per drawings,specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including centering, shuttering, scaffolding, consolidating, curing, etc. all complete at all levels as per drawings,specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost of reinforcement.

Providing, laying and fixing in position TMT bar reinforcement for RCC insitu work/pre-cast work including cost of straightening, cutting, bending, binding with 16 gauge MS annealed binding work, cement mortar spacer blocks etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing, fabricating, transporting, erecting & fixing steel structure (confirming to IS : 2062) in position at all heights (up to 15m), made of M.S. angles, channels, joists/beams, rounds, plates, cleats, flats, bars, etc. for platforms, ladders, trusses, bracings, purlins,wind tie including making connections, etc. as directed including nuts, bolts, washers, welding and including painting the structure with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over one coat of zinc chromate red oxide primer all inclusive etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china orissa pattren W.C pan of size 580x440mm with integral type foot rests with 100 mm sand cast iron P or S trap,10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231 with all fittings and fixtures complete including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required. and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back half stall urinal of size 580x380x350 mm with white PVC automatic flushing cistern,with fittings, standard size C.P. brass flush pipe, spreaders with unions and clamps (all in C.P. brass) with waste fitting as per IS :2556, C.I. trap with outlet grating and other couplings in C.P. brass,including painting of fittings and cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required Single half stall urinal with 5 litre P.V.C. automatic flushing cistern and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing white Vitreous China Angle back wash basin size 400 x 400 mm with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern and waste pipe including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles of size 300 X 200mm or above conforming to IS: 15662 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make like kajaria/johnson/somany etc, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1 st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make like kajaria/johnson/somany etc, in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying two or more coats of Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture like a base coat of white washing with lime including scrapping, cleaning, scaffolding cost of gum, blue etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, applying & finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of Apex Ultima of M/s Asian Paints/Excel of M/s Nerolac/Weather Shield Max of M/s ICI Dulux/weathercoat of M/s Berger or other approved equivalent make and required shade over the plain plastered/sand face/rough cast plaster/pointing surface/RCC jali/RCC fins at locations as required on wall surface Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm at all height including necessary scaffolding etc. complete as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing in position of 30 mm thick PVC shutters ( Bath Room ) of solid foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 71 mm width & 30 mm thick as style and rails, joints are made using solvant adhesive and GI "C" section ( 39 mm X 19 mm X 0.6 mm thick ) or MS pipe ( 40 mm X 20 mm ) stiffener frame insert & telescopicPolymetric "L" corners . The Panel shall be filled with 3 mm thick high pressure compact laminate as per manufacturer's specifications cover moulding shall be provided for covering fixing screws and all approved alluminium fittings like 3 Nos. of Hinges , 2 Nos. of Handles, 2 Nos of Locking bolt etc. and as directed by the Engineer In charge.( NOTE : Sample Door Shutter is fixed at Housing colony Civil Maintenance Office )

Providing and fixing factory made Door Frame ( Single Rebate ) made of solid PVC foam profile with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin having 62 mm width & 32 mm thick and shall be fixed to wall, and using 100 X 8 mm sheet metal CSK screws and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.( NOTE : Sample Door Frame is fixed at Housing colony Civil Maintenance Office )

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC Single socketed pipes 110 mm dia. conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories 110x110x110 mm Single tee without door for unplasticised Rigid PVC pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank all complete as per drawings,specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing 15 mm dia nominal bore G.I. pipes( TATA/JINDAL or approved brand by EIC )complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc. all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing 20 mm dia nominal bore G.I. pipes ( TATA/JINDAL or approved brand by EIC )complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc. all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing 100 mm sand cast Iron grating for gully trap etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931. complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge. Note: jaguar/parryware/hindware/cera make etc.

Providing and fixing brass stop cock of standard design and of approved make 15 mm nominal bore of approved quality ISI mark etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing Sand Cast Iron S&S 100 mm inlet and 100 mm outlet trap as per IS: 1729 of self cleansing design with screwed down or hinged grating complete, including cost of cutting and making good the walls and floors etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Providing & fixing 4.0 mm thick glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing PTMT towel rail complete with brackets fixed to wooden cleats with CP brass screws with concealed fittings arrangement of approved quality and colour.450 mm long towel rail with total length of 495 mm,78 mm wide and effective height of 88 mm, weighing not less than 170 gmsall complete with as per drawings,specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture all complete with as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass shower rose with 15 or 20 mm inlet and 150mm diamter all complete with as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing rectangular shape 1500x450 mm Mirror with Plastic moulded frame all complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing one number tube light and one number exhust fan in suitability of site with proper wiring all complete as directed by Engineer in charge.
