DISMANTLING WORKS

Removal of existing cement plaster from brick work or stone masonry walls,floor columns etc. without damaging the structure and disposal of debris to a distance as directed.

Demolishing brick work (in cement mortar) manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

CIVIL WORKS

Providing and laying structural Reinforced Cement Concrete of specified grade conforming to IS:456 in superstructure at all floors for maximum staging height of 10m for construction of beams, columns, staircases chajja, roof slabs, facia, canopies, fins, porch, water tank etc. including providing centering, shuttering, staging, scaffolding, form work, compacting with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing with water etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Payment for Reinforcement shall be made as per relevant item of SOR). 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing & laying in position Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) of specified grade at all depths in foundation, floor or other places including ramming, dewatering, providing centering, shuttering, staging, scaffolding, compacting with mechanical vibrator, removal of form work, finishing, curing with water, etc., inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. complete in all respects as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Site Engineer. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing & laying in position Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) of specified grade at all depths in foundation, floor or other places including ramming, dewatering, providing centering, shuttering, staging, scaffolding, compacting with mechanical vibrator, removal of form work, finishing, curing with water, etc., inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. complete in all respects as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Site Engineer.1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Supplying & providing Thermo-Mechanically Treated (TMT) HCR/CRS Fe 500D bars (reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete works) conforming to IS:1786 including initial straightening of coiled/uncoiled bars, removal of loose rust, cutting, bending to correct size & shape, placing at any position, at any height & depth with proper size concrete cover block & supports, binding with 18 Gauge G.I. wire at each intersection, etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles, transportation, loading, unloading etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge/ Site Engineer.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in Superstructure up to any height & at any floor including scaffolding, curing, labour, materials, etc. complete. (In Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Medium Coarse Sand)

Supplying, fabricating and erecting including embedding in RCC/ PCC in position MS structural steel section such as angle, tees, channels, beams and other standard sections, painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 25microns DFT each over a coat of Red Oxide steel primer of 25micron DFT including cleaning the surface of mill scales, rusts, oil, grease and weld slags etc. by hand cleaning, welding as per IS 800, including the cost of all materials, transportation, welding, labour, tools, tackles, consumables, power etc. complete in all respects as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge/ Site Engineer. The item shall be paid for in Metric Tonne. Members fabricated from rolled steel sections/plates/strips etc. for manhole covers,gates,grills and other items

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer

Providing 15 mm thick cement plaster on walls or floor in cement mortar including raking out the joints over the brick work, stone masonry or concrete surface in one or more coat as directed, curing, scaffolding, finishing smooth with cement punning etc. all complete. C.M. 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Casting, supplying and erecting in position precast reinforced cement concrete elements (with proper lifting lugs) for trench & drain covers, shelves, partitions, post, slabs etc. for all leads and levels including making necessary moulds, vibrating, tamping, curing, finishing the top surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) to give a smooth and even surface, transportation to Site, aligning and fixing in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 find sand,) including making recess in brick wall for placing the precast element in position and making good the same etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer. (Payment for Reinforcement shall be made as per relevant item of SOR). With cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 10mm nominal size)
