Request for Proposal for Providing Manpower Services to the High Court of Karnataka, Principal Bench Bengaluru and Benches at Dharwad & Kalaburagi

a)Bidder should be a registered legal entity having continuously been in operation in India for at least five years as on 31.03.2026.b)Bidder should have its own GST Registration No. and PAN Number.c)The Agency must be registered/ have license under Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 d)The Agency should be registered with appropriate authorities under Employees Provident Fund and Employees State Insurance Acts.

The Bidder should have a minimum of five years experience as on 31.03.2026 in supplying of manpower to Government Departments Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies Public Sector Undertakings, Banks and Financial Institutions or Information Technology company.

Annual turnover shall be minimum of 5 crores and the bidder should have satisfactorily performed works of supply of manpower of value of minimum requirement which shall be 3 orders of Rs. 2 crores value or 2 orders of 1.5 crores value or 1 order of 1 crore value.If the period of completion of work is more than one year then value of work executed in one year on pro- rata basis will be considered for eligibility. The clients should be from Government Departments Statutory/Autonomous Bodies Public Sector Undertakings, Banks and Financial Institutions or Information Technology company. The ongoing projects which are more than one year old as on 31.03.2026 may also be considered

The bidder should have CMMI level-3/ISO 9001 or Higher certification.

The bidder should have experience of providing manpower service of total on-roll employees strength not to be less than 500 persons or any single account shall be with minimum 100 persons deployment.The work experience should mainly be of supplying Skilled Drivers, Office Attendants, Jamedars, Peons, Peon (House Keeping) and Peon (Cooks).The clients should be from Government Departments Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies Public Sector Undertakings, Banks and Financial Institutions or Information Technology company. The ongoing projects which are more than one year old as on 31.03.2026 may also be considered

The bidder should have experience of providing service of minimum 30 persons with a minimum duration of one year at minimum five (5) locations in the state of Karnataka during past 5 years as on 31.03.2026.The clients should be from Government Departments Statutory / Autonomous Bodies Public Sector Undertakings, Banks and Financial Institutions or Information Technology company. The ongoing projects which are more than one year old as on 31.03.2026 may also be considered.

Bidder should be a Single Entity and not a consortium

The bidder should not have been banned from carrying out business either with any department under Karnataka Government, State Government, Central Government or the HIGH COURT OF KARNATAKA at the time of the submission of the bid.A similar ban subsequent to submission of the bid, but before the award of the contract shall alsodisqualify the bidder.
