Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battons and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.00 mtr and removal of the samein beams columns etc complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying TOR steel reinforcement including bending , binding and placing in position complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement,2 sand,4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for RCC work in :- ( b) Suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girder, bressumers and cantilever up to floor-2 level with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper , water proofing cement paint and the like by scraping , sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including repair to scratches complete in all respects within al leads and lifts as per direction and up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over old plaster/painted surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matt finish to the surface complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Wall painting ( two coats ) on old surface with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacturer for interior grade on undecorated concrete / stone/ plastered wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly bruhing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matters and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for metling the surface complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors , windows , clearstory , windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing penalled glazed or penalled and glazed shutters for doors and windows and clerestory windows including enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing 40X3 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cms long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block30X10X15 cm. 1:3:6 ( 1 cement ,3 sand,6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size complete in all respect with all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing SS Door locks complete including keys and accessories required shade with necessary screws complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate of 40 mm dia nominal size ) in foundations and plinth specifications within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window of Finesta of AIS make upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-builtroller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all completes as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in Charge. Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil dirt grease and other foreign matter sand papering and knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink in all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with ready mixed paint brushing the give and even shade including cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter and sand papering and stopping with ready mixed paint other than white in all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
