Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km but not exc 2.00 Km complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable roof treatment materials and PCC/cement mortar/ padding complete from roof carefully by cutting chiselling , cleaning the surface by scrapping, broomimg, brushing etc. and disposal of rubbish n.exc 50m distance from the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster including backing etc from brick/stone walls / concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down steel water tubing 15 mm bore including all fitting and connections complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel water tubing 20 mm bore including all fitting and connections complete all as specified and directed..

Taking down steel water tubing 25/32 mm bore including all fitting and connections complete all as specified and directed..

Dismantling water storage tank of capacity exc 500 litres but n.exc 1000 liters complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete in cement concrete 1:2:4( nominal mix ) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars including cutting, drilling, welding etc confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

Framed work for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. including cutting, drilling, welding etc confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

Welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members weight not exc 4 Kg/Sqm, complete all as specified.

Water proofing treatment over terrace using SHALIURETHANE- BTD OF STP MAKE OR EQUIVALENT as approved by GE, high solid content single component water based liquid applied elastomeric water proofing membrane as ASTMC 836 and ASTMD 6083, thickness of the membrane shall be 3mm, having solid content of more than 80% elongation of 500+(-) 50%, laid over reinforcing layer on non woven geo-textile mesh of 40/50, 50 gms, including applying self primer coat by diluting with 1:1 ratio @ 0.2 kg per sqm and surface preparation complete as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (5mm thick first layer and 10mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, mixed with water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions, trowelled to even and smooth finish without using extra cement complete all as specified. (Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster/decayed concrete from RCC roof projections/upward parapet walls/down facia/soffits and fins of RCC chajjas/beams/columns/balconies etc. and also applying one coat of anti corrision paint to visible reinforcement if any. Supply and fixing by means of nailing wire netting of galvanised wire 1.40mm dia and mesh size 20mm and brushing neat cement slury with 3.00 Kg of cement/sqm including 20mm thick cement rendering in two layers of 10mm each using shot gun or pressure nozzle for grouting the surface well bonded with reinforcement (top/final layer shall be rendered after final setting of under layer) in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces including scaffolding at a height upto 7.00 mtrs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only intergal water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces or un plastered, previously undecorated wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

G I tubing medium grade of 15 mm bore with all fittings and fixtures fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor/trenches complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 20 above but except pipe including new fittings as per requirement .

G I tubing medium grade of 20 mm bore with all fittings and fixtures fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor /trenches complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 22 above but except pipe including new fittings as per requirement .

Nipple 20mm suitable for HDPE water tank complete all as specified and directed. (Minimum weight 20mm- 45gms ) complete all as specified and directed.

Nipple 15mm suitable for HDPE water tank complete all as specified and directed. (Minimum weight 15mm- 38gms ) complete all as specified and directed.

Nipple 32mm suitable for HDPE water tank complete all as specified and directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 500 Ltrs capacity four layered (ISI Marked) cylinderical vertical with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position with ball brass valve, high pressure with PVC float valve 20mm dia with polythene float and fly nut, tank nipples with check nuts and washers complete and making connections with existing water supply line complete all as specified.

All as per description of Srl item No 29 above but except water tanks

20 mm dia (Minimum weight 210 grams), ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

25 mm dia (Minimum weight 455 grams), ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 500 Lires but but not exceeding 1000 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc, complete all as specified.

Taking up or down existing tank staging/ monkey casing of any type and size, keeping in safe custody and refixing in same poistion after completion of roof treatment, complete including mionor repairs such as broken welding etc., complete all as specified.

Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 21 of tender doucments.
