Execution of preventation Preventive, Routine & General/Normal Breakdown Maintenance of 132/33 KV Sub-station, Mohammadi under E.T.D Lakhimpur, alongwith assistance in work of operation of 132Kv Substation and other associated Works, during the period of 1 Year. The details as given below:-

Assistance in work of Operation of 132 KV Sub-station, Mohammadi in 03 shifts of 08:00 hours. 01 shift will remain in rest. Contractor has to to execute the work in 03 shifts and 01 shift comprising 01 No. Semi Skilled helper ITI certificate holder to assist the operator (01 shift will be assisted by departemental employee) for due operation of sub-station equipment including DG set etc. As per standard practices of UPPTCL and instructions of AE / JE and CLDS / ALDS alongwith helping in recording of operational activities system information / data massage etc for the period of 1 year for the job. (1 job for 01 month). Note Contractor have to provide 03 No. semi skilled helper.

Preventive routine & general/normal/emergency break down maintenance of the transformer outdoor /indoor equipments control & relay panels, RTCC panel, ACDBs, Battery chargers, DCDBs, Battery sets, Air conditioners etc. at 132/33 KV Sub-station, Mohammadi round the clock and/or as and when requried, by a team consisting of comprising 01 No. TG II Electricals, 01 No. technician,02 No., Semi Skilled helper as per standred practices of UPPTCL and instruction of AE/JE for for the period of 01 year with all cost of men, misc consumables,T&P etc. required for the job except the spares/items materials/equipments, which shall be provided by department.

Daily general cleaning and maintenance/up-keep of control room, associated office, Carrier Room, battery room, Control Room building etc. by brooming & mopping alongwiht cleaning of associated toilets including brooming of CC roads/floors trench covers and scraping of unwanted growth in between joints of CC roads at 132/33 KV Sub-station, Mohammadi under ETD Lakhimpur and premises. By deploying required Man power and 01 No. sweeper during the period of 01 year with all cost of man toiletries, misc. consumable T&P etc. required for the job (01 job for each month).

Cutting of grass and cutting uprooting of all type rank vegetations, bushes, underied trees/ scrapinf etc. above ground level from the substations premises as mentioned below.. Disposal of all the removed vegetation to a safe place destroyng, the leveling, cleaning of substation premises aas per specifications Grass Cutting (4 Times) + Chemical Spray (1 Time)

Cleaning of Cable trenches including opening of trench covers from trenches anbefore cleaning and removal of earth deposits nets other foreign materials from laid control cables & their cable racks and cleaning ofcable trenches from bottom surface and removing stone brick peices, other foereign materials from trenches and throwing away from switchyard, replacing trench covers on their places properly and all associated works.
