M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (as second layer) over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 ( as first layer) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, including mixing only water proofing compound in second coat as per manufacturer's instruction. S&F in repairs galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

S&F in repairs galvanized concertina coil of 750mm dia made of 0.5mm thick, 19mm wide strip & 2.59 mm dia high tensile wire, 125 Nos of clips, having 56 Nos of circles and covering 8 to 10 running mtr and 'S' clips per spiral using a central core of high tensile wire around which a tape of razor sharp barbs is machine crimped etc all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old decorated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings etc

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old wall surface including brooming down / steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, mould, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spouts and cleaning with water and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint in camouflage pattern of any tint as approved over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.
