Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil by manual /mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil , soft rocks, hard rocks, chiselling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited ) and other intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required line, grade width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D Technical Specification 2014 Clause 302,1603.1,1603.2, and sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifts on acquired width of the road and transportation of useful material for filling in road ways, camber ,embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to the approved dumping sites, which shall be managed by the contractor / firm at their own, through all modes of transportation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means, alongwith its levelling fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and/or labour if required. Any Loss to the public/private property during the execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the Contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. A recovery of useful stones for 621.03(Six hundred twenty one point zero three Cubic metre @ Rs.170/- (Rupees One hundred seventy ) per cubic metre shall be done on pro-rata basis from each running bill for this item.

Construction of embankment with material obtained from Roadway cutting construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.1 and 300.2 as per technical specification.including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Earth work in excavation for structure in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling / wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and MORD technical specification 2014 clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, and disposal of materials up to all leads and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and shuttering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and carriage of machinery, material ,tools equipment safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and / or labour if required. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete, for plain / reinforced concrete in open foundations for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete (Nominal mixed 1:4:8)(One Cement four sand eight graded crushed stone aggregate)25mm(Twenty five milimetre)nominal size in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawing and M.O.R.D technical specification Clause 802,803,1203and 1205.5 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete, for plain concrete in open foundations for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-10(M-Ten)(Nominal mixed 1:3:6)(One Cement three sand six graded crushed stone aggregate)20mm(Twenty millimetre )nominal size )on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawing and M.O.R.D technical specification Clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octroi, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providng and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 (C.C 1:6:12) One Cement six sand twelve graded stone aggregate, including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octroi, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP2 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2(One Cement: Two Sand) but excluding excavation protection work, back filling ,concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets Clause 1108 , 900mm (Nine hundred millimetres) dia including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying ,50mm thick mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in substructure complete of plain /reinforced concrete grade M-20(M-Twenty)mix designed witkh minimum nominal mix 1:2:4(One Cement two sand four graded crushjed/broke,n stone aggregate, 40mm (Forty milimetre)nominal size in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of layinmg under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawing and M.O.R.D technical specification Clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing back filling with granular material behind abutment, wing walls, return walls and retaining/breast walls to the full height compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D technical specification clause 1204.3.8 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonary/plain reinforced concrete abutment wing wall, return wall with 100mm (hundred millimetre ) dia PVC pipes extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1 (v): 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7.including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
