EPF Registration copy and attach confirmation copy obtained from concerned authority regarding filling of EPF for the year 2024-25and 2025-26. Attach the latest EPF ECR of 2025-26.

ESI Registration copy and ESI returns filed in the last two financial years 2024-25and 2025-26

Company/firm should not be black listed from any Govt. Dept. Attach the affidavit in Rs. 100.00 stamp paper issued by Notary regarding non-blacklisting and compliance with tender conditions on printed paper. (The said affidavit should be dated after the date of issue of this publication)

Letter of permission from the competent authority of the Metropolitan Corporation/ Municipality/ Town Panchayat/Municipalities regarding establishment of the agency.

GST registration with latest renewal copy.

Company/firm should have Pan Card as per IT Act. Attach PAN card

Income Tax Registration with latest renewal copy. Income tax returns of 2 years 2024-25 and 2025-26 Income tax paid clearance certificate of 2 years 2024-25 and 2025-26

GST paid challan copies of 2 years GST paid clearance certificate of 2 years (2024-25 and 2025-26)

Annual turnover must be at least Rs. 100.00 lakh for last two years. Attach the audit reports certified by CA. (2024-25 and 2025-26).
