Survey, Design & Supply, Carting, laying, jointing, fixing, testing & commissioning of following sizes of G.I. pipe as per latest IS : 1239 codes specification (Class medium) with specials & fittings in trenches underground including cutting, threading etc. complete in all respect or as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Excavation of earth Work for Pipe Line trenches in following strata requiring the use of special T&P such as Pick Axes, Sabbals etc. or by blasting or by crow bars with a lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m including refilling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal and disposal of surplus earth up to a distance of 60 m from the trenches including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete. Assuming that 90% Pipeline is laid in trenches & also it is estimated that 75% trenches will be in soil mixed with shingle, bazri, boulder and rest of 25% will be in medium rock.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in foundation works.

Supply, cartage & fixing of wheel valve of following dia. including supply of all necessary T&P etc. complete as per latest IS speciation or as per satisfaction & approval of Engineer in Charge.

Construction of wheel valve, complete in all respects, as per directions of Engineer in charge including supply of material, labour, T&P and fixing of required size M.H. Cover required for proper completion of work.(Size-.60x.60 M)

RCC construction of R.C.C. (1:1.5:3) semi sunk Clear Water Reservoir& of following capacities in K.L. including supply of necessary scaffolding, shuttering and other accessories along with supply and fixing of inlet and outlet pipes of size equal to sizes of inlet and outlet pipe line, making bye pass arrangement, fixing of overflow pipe in outlet pipe/distribution system, fixing of lightening conductor & M.S. Manhole of size as per norms, supply and fixing of M.S. Steel Ladder outside and inside the tank, and colour washing of approved class snowcem and along with carting of all materials including supply of all materials, labour, T&P & fixing of clorinator 25 litter capacity over roof of c.w r etc. complete as per latest IS specification or as per satisfaction & approval of Engineer in Charge.

PROTECTION WORK:-Construction of protection works including necessary Earth Work for Site Development, Service Reservoir etc. as per site conditions wherever necessary as follows :-

Random Rubble stone masonry in 1:6 cement and course sand mortar including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

R, Coursed rubble masonry hard stone in foundation and plinth with cement mortar 1:4(1 cement:4coarse sand)

Random Rubble stone masonry laid dry including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Providing laying P.C.C. 1:2:4 in cement, sand and 20 mm gauge stone blast including supply of material labours and T&P etc complete.

Providing laying P.C.C. 1:4:8 in cement, sand and 40 mm gauge stone blast including supply of material labours and T&P etc complete.
